Clarence came, recognised the problem right away and fixes was done very quickly. He then explained what he done.

We'd been having problems with our water system for a while and after a few visits from British Gas who were unable to diagnose the issue, the engineer who came and was able to diagnose the issue over a couple of issues. His customer service was great and it was obvious that he knew what he was doing, meaning we could trust in his advice.
The engineer, who came to change our water cylinder was very friendly and efficient and the team in the office was super friendly, helpful and provided great customer service. Despite the problem being a bit elusive, it was eventually sorted

Charlie arrived on time and was friendly and pleasant. He was knowledgeable and professional. I’d totally forgot he was coming but he wasn’t phased and helped me solve the issue. He’s a credit to the company.

My radiator needed to be replaced and Anthony did this perfectly. He was very polite, respective of my property and very conscientious. I would definitely recommend him any time.

Grant arrived just before nine to replace a tap. I found him to be very polite, courteous and was obviously making certain he was doing a professional and good job. He was very thorough and kept explaining what hex was doing and why. After the job was completed he ensured there were no leaks and everything was working satisfactorily. Anthony resolved an issue with our upstairs toilet. On a previous call Anthony advised that in all likelihood to locate and repair the faulty valve there was the possibility that irreparable damage could be caused to the toilet. He booked in an extended appointment time and returned to day as arranged. Anthony worked tirelessly to successful resolve the issue without damage and due care given. I had a leaking kitchen tap, and only had to wait 2 days for an appointment, I must say Charlie Page was excellent, he went above and beyond to sort the problem out, very pleased with his work.

Great service, got a courtesy call to say Anthony was on his way, he turned up when he said. Very polite and did a great job.

Charlie Page identified the problems and went above and beyond the call of duty to get the issues resolved. I have requested for him to come back and do another job because I feel better knowing he is doing it.

Taylor did an excellent job fixing our leaking stopcock and sorting out our radiators. He worked quickly, efficiently, and with a high level of professionalism throughout. This review is to thank an absolutely incredible Dyno-Rod senior engineer, Michael W, who came to fix our hot water issues that had been ongoing for over 18 months without getting resolved. We had had a string of various engineers coming through to sort out the problem unsuccessfully. Michael was the only engineer who managed to identify the issue and sorted it out for us and we are so very grateful to him. He is truly an excellent plumber, extremely knowledgeable and experienced, very thorough and efficient. We are very grateful for the work he carried out for us in September last year, identifying and fixing a very tricky leak that had eluded all other engineers who had previously attended our call. Kai knew exactly what the issue was with my running water within a couple of seconds, gave me a reasonable price to complete the work, then took it upon himself to complete the work!

He was very quick, professional and friendly and is a massive credit to Dyno-Rod!
