Dyno-Rod - Plumbing East Scotland Omdömen 

We’re very pleased. We used Dyno-Rod through our British (Scottish) Gas HomeCare policy. They were very responsive, and did a really tricky outside plumbing job on a 3rd floor flat. Everything came together really well and we were kept up to date throughout the process.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the whole experience. They explained each step of what the work would entail, taking great care with the bathroom in which they were working. They arrived on time, were courteous and friendly. A first class service overall.

Required the work of both a drain and plumbing specialist. Both done a great job and effort made not to damage my flooring as access was required under the floor. Issue was resolved promptly.

We had a leak in out toilet due to the system being fitted wrong the first time by Dyno.They came in and sorted it the guy that came the second time was great but the company still have not came back about the other works that need done due to the leak it has been over three months nearly and still no date to when they will paint the ceiling in my living room.I pay a good amount of money each month to British Gas for this service and I am the one doing all the chasing something not right on that side of things

I have had an ongoing drainage problem that has never been fixed properly. The plumber and the drainage person both attended my property today and, through perseverance, they fixed the problem. I’m really grateful. Also, they were both really friendly, pleasant young men. Thank you

We used Dyno-Rod more then 10 years ago, with great brilliant results. Although this time it took a few days to address the blocked drain issue we were facing, the results are outstanding. We'd like to send special thanks to the two engineers who came early this morning to fully sort it out and bring our life back to normal.

Very pleased with the service given. Fitter was very professional and did a great job. He explained clearly what he had done and ensured everything was in working order. First class service!

So much for their claim of offering no obligation quotes! Called their phone line today and spoke to someone who confirmed it's at least £170 to get someone out to a domestic property. They absolutely will not come out and look at the job and quote you.

Plumbing engineer called before arrival. Was really efficient and friendly. Kept me updated with progress.

On fri 31st of march whoever was driving reg plate CA71 DUV man was horrible and rude and threw alot of hand signals around that were inappropriate so very unprofessional

The plumber fixed the leaks from the cistern & the wash basin, & said that the leak in the external waste pipe would be fixed in the new year.

Had temporary repairs done last week and was waiting for an appointment for final repairs.

I waited a week before chasing as the engineer said it would require to engineers.

As there was an issue with the temporary repairs, I called 4 times throughout the day and was promised twice a return call “within 30 minutes” - on my 5th call, it was confirmed an engineer would be coming the next day.

Was told an engineer would call in the morning to confirm time - waited in all day cancelling plans - called three times to confirm in the afternoon and was told he would “definitely” be there before 5pm - they didn’t come as were too busy - they didn’t notify me he wasn’t coming it was only when I called again they confirmed. An engineer did call later in the evening and said he would speak to the office the next day.

He was then told the wrong address and came the following day so missed him again.

When he came the following day, he sorted the problem & engineer was polite and knowledgeable.

The engineers have been good but the booking of them with their office has let them down with failed return calls and promises.

Excellent service, the engineer worked really hard for over four hours to ensure the work was complete. Much appreciated.

Extremely quick, resolved within 10 minutes. Very friendly & gave advice for ant future issues.

An engineer called Peter attended and managed to fix the problem in less than 10mins. Blocked external trap with shared drain from upstair flat kitchen, roof drainage and downstairs kitchen. Even showed me some pdf schematics of the original 1907 drainage which was really useful.

Called Dyno-Rod at 8.30am Easter Monday holiday. Craig the engineer arrived by 10am. Blockage identified straight away and cleared within 10mins. Camera inspection carried out to ensure no possible other problem. Excellent service and can highly recommend.
