Very Good Experience
Very helpful and efficient Engineer. Problem with kitchen tap quickly diagnosed and solution advised. The whole process was excellent and our worries about the situation were resolved. Will use Dyno-Rod again.

Water tank leak
Adam was excellent throughout. He called ahead of the visit, was polite and took care in our house. He explained everything and got parts next day, Saturday, and fitted. We had a further urgent leak which he came to look at straight away, Took time to advise us of options and sorted the issue and was professional throughout. Highly recommended.

Not the best until today
I have not had the best experience. It took 3 attempts to repair a leak which resulted in damage to a unit...then several cancelled appointments to make good resulting in a lot of wasted time. It gas eventually been done to day almost 6 months later ! The fitter was great today and had to work around several problems
