Operative was on time, fixed all issues and cleaned up after. Very happy with his professionalism

I used Dynorod to repair a kitchen sink drain, install two replacement taps in kitchen and bathroom and a washing machine drain hose. The young man from Eco- Aqua, who carried out the work, was excellent, completing the work quickly and efficiently and leaving the area clean and tidy. I had supplied the kitchen tap and it was sufficiently different from the original to make the installation difficult but he persisted and found a solution without any complaint.
The Dynorod office contacts were friendly and helpful. Altho the appointments were, as usual these days, ‘all day appts’ they were happy to give an estimated time of arrival when I called first thing in the morning so I didn’t have to sit waiting.
Altogether a good experience, and that’s a first!
Fair price too for two hours work.

Dyno promptly gave me an appointment. Craig changed toilet seat .A job which happened to be not straightforward one.
He is excellent plumber professional and courteous.
I will use Dyno for any future plumbing jobs.

Had a constantly filling toilet, booked online, which was great as I hate phone calls.
Very courteous and professional plumber arrived on time. Warned me of the likelihood of a successful repair to the existing fill valve but offered to attempt it first. Past experience of DIY plumbing has taught me, this is a very
likely problem so opted for the new valve.

Happy with outcome and costs.

I’m giving 5 Stars as even though it took 5 engineers 5 days to fix the leaking pipe they did so on what was a difficult fix 15mm copper to 16mm plastic ….. and it wasn’t the new plastic it was old style ……. In the end I sourced the correct connection and they fitted it making it leak free ……. The engineers were great !!

He took his time to ensure everything was done properly even though the company ordered the wrong part and he was working alone, but I am still awaiting for the invoice from Dyno so I can understand how I ended up with a £400 bill even though it was only 1 resource for 2 hours…….

Had dynorod come out today to fix a faulty toilet soon sorted it out nice guy very polite and he put shoe protectors on his shoes loved that . If I need them again won’t hesitate to call them out … don’t bother with anyone else .

Darren was obviously a really experienced engineer who quickly diagnosed the problem (within about 3 minutes of being in the building) when a previous plumber couldn’t and told me he thought my house had damp (it didn’t). After finding what the problem was, he quickly set about fixing it and did the job to a really high standard. I felt completely confident in his advice - I honestly think good, competent tradesmen are a rare find these - Darren was fab and i wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again when the next plumbing problem inevitably comes up!

Had bath and basin taps replaced by Carlos. Professional and tidy.

Engineer booked to deal with toilet constantly running water. Simple process to book a time suitable, plumber turned up at time promised and quickly dealt with the problem in a friendly and professional manner. Would absolutely recommend

After being let down by numerous local plumbers I gave dyno a try. Booked for next morning, kept informed of eta. Arrived fixed leaky pipe work and sink fittings for very reasonable price. Will use again and tell friends and family too!

Engineer called to repair leaking pipework to a shower. The engineer was great, dealt with the issue swiftly and rectified the problem. Shower now working perfectly again. Great service from both the service centre through to the gentleman that did the repair.
