My name is Joanne Salmons and I never usually write reviews however I asked my daughter to use her trust pilot account just for this one. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from KLAIDI at Dyno-Rod. He arrived exactly on time, explained everything clearly, and handled the job with real care and skill. What stood out most was how respectful and professional he was he even tidied up afterward and made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving. True five-star service highly recommend! Klaidi from Dyno Plumbers was a true plumbing magician. I have been trying to get my loo fixed and have had 7 people here (6 from British Gas Homecare to no avail). He came at 7pm (long day for him) and didn't leave until he figured out the issue and fixed it. Truly admirable and professional. I finally found a plumber who can be trusted and knows what he's doing! Bravo and thank you.

Klaidi came to remedy a leaking Grohe kitchen mixer tap and was brilliant!
There was initially a puzzle over how to access the valve that needed to be replaced and we feared we may have to completely replace the, not inexpensive, taps.
Klaidi took great care not to damage the taps and persevered with prising the handle off the unit. He was efficient, polite and respectful of our wishes.

Arrived on time, knew exactly what needed to be done and completed the job perfectly with no fuss. Pleasant to deal with and tidied up afterwards

Luke was great, really sound advice to get my plumbing issue resolved.

Called Dyno to rectify a bad shower installation ,
The previous builder who did the work disappeared.
Had a visit from Luke to see what needed to be done, Dyno did not charge for the estimate.
I paid a £100 + vat callout charge to have a similar estimate prior and a few other businesses i called all charged callout fees.
He returned the next week to fix the job within 2 hours, cutting through the rear side to access the pipework rather dismantling the entire front side which was completely sealed up, saving us a massive amount of expenses.
I have to say Luke's work was very precise and he knew exactly what he was doing , without being in a hurry, a top guy with a great attitude !

Armandas attended our house and identified the problem swiftly, and returned the next day and fixed the issue. Extremely happy with his work, he even cleaned the area after he fixed the problem!

I contacted Dyno after being let down badly and plumbers trying to rip me off with their extortionate quotes, especially when they heard the phrase "insurance job". Dyno were excellent. They were very professional and polite. They were able to send a plumber out the same day I called them. I feel that I have to mention Panagiotis Zekthi by name because he was exceptional. He was punctual and friendly. He came in, there's was no faffing around and he was able to detect what the problem was very quickly. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Pana from Dyno East London attended a plumbing job at my flat in the EC2M area, and I couldn’t be more impressed.

After a previous engineer was unable to locate the stopcock, Pana arrived and, using his outstanding logic, professionalism, and experience, quickly identified exactly where the shut-off valve was. He wasted no time in resolving the issue to an excellent standard.

Good service came on time and I was 15 mins call ahead of time so I knew exact time of arrival.

Overpriced and under-guaranteed

I was quoted for a 2 hour job that took just over an hour. 1 hour and 15 including the Dyno plumber packing up everything and clearing all away. So definitely completed in hour.

I was charged for 2 hours and the fitted part is only guaranteed for 3 months! I asked for a refund and was told that once the plumber stays for an extra hour, the customer pays. Why? So the plumber can now use their free time while Dyno-Rod claims my overcharged money. Rip-off!

Mr Ali Ghaffar of Dynarod was very helpful and he is a very experienced and well knowledgeable plumber he told us what exactly had to be done. Sedgwick could not resolve the issue but Mr Ali Ghaffar did.

We were very happy with Alijan's excellent service today. He sourced the problem of a water pipe leak under our kitchen sink and repaired it. He was very professional, polite and efficient.

The engineer knew what problem was and resolved professinally

Liam did a great job to fix the problem.

I had the water leakage problem in my house and Liam came to fix it from Dyno. He was able to find the problem quickly and fix it. on-time and great service.
