An excellent all round experience.
Thibault Chance from Dyno arrived to fix the mains leak, which proved to be underground. He explained everything that needed to be done and then completed the work in a timely and efficient manner. He was very tidy and professional explaining what needed to be done. We would happily have him back and recommend him to any future customers. The overall service provided be Dyno via British Gas was excellent and the company kept in touch throughout the whole process. An excellent all round experience.

water pipe leak at midnight
We had a major water pipe leak in the middle of the night, and Karl B was assigned to help us. He arrived within 12 hours and did an outstanding job. Before starting, he clearly explained the cause of the leak and how he planned to fix it. He then resolved the issue in under an hour. Truly 10-star service.

I couldn’t be happier with the service! Roberto was absolutely the best from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, punctual, and took the time to explain everything clearly before getting to work. The quality of his workmanship was outstanding, and he left everything spotless when the job was done.
