I telephoned this morning, the lady that answered was extremely helpful. David, the engineer, arrived at lunchtime and the slow drain on my shower was sorted quickly and professionally. Response was great. Keith came out and managed to sort out a really bad blockage. He advised me on what to continue to do to stop it happening again. He was very polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend them.

Fee not fixed as advertised
I contacted Dyno Rod by phone at 12noon and was told that the price for my blocked toilet was £195 including VAT, I then received a text to say the engineer would contact me and be there between 8am to 6pm at 5.15pm I called the office and spoke to a very nice lady and was told that he was on his way I was the next job! I then received a call at 8.45pm to say he was on his way he arrived at 9.15pm and was then at my property until 11pm unable to unblock our toilet and drains was never informed that there was a out of hours fee or that the £195 was per hour if I had know it was a out of hours fee I would not have had him come out to us, but they did waver this cost but sent another engineer in the morning who unblocked with in a hour so I feel i should have only been charged the £195 not the £390 we were charged.

Unblocked our sink drain very quickly. He was polite and professional. Would have been 5 stars but £190 for 30 minutes work is a tad high in my view.

Came first thing before 8am after…
Came first thing before 8am after booking day before, was here 20mins unblocked outside drain and cleaned all the mess away, not a great start to the new year but all sorted quickly. Very polite and helpful.
