Rang as drain blocked and backing up into house. They was here within 2hrs. Very helpful and cleared drains, explaining what has happened and what he was doing! Very polite.

Good communication about times. Unfortunately the first appointment resulted in a non starting compressor so we had to rebook but obviously not technicians fault. Today despite challenging conditions the downpipe soakaway drains were successfully cleared. Technician cheerful, made sure of successful job

Efficient and experienced service
Very fast and efficient service, I had an engineer out within a day. The price was communicated clearly and I had great pre-service contact from the company and the technician. He took the time to explain the issue, rectify it and then give advice for aftercare. We will definitely use Dyno-Rod again if needed in the future.

Good outcome, but...
Very positive experience in having outside drain unblocked. Staff member very professional. However - it is disappointing that on quick analysis of the drain, I was charged the full £190.00 for an 8 minute intervention and then told it would have cost the same if he had stayed for 2-3 hours. If he was able to establish this early on then it might have been more fair to charge a cursory small callout fee.

Blocked Hidden drain located
Called Dyno-rod came out next day to find a covered up drain that was blocked they used a camera ,and located the drain and where I needed to be excavating . Saved me a load of guess work they was bang on .

They were excellent I had problems under the downstairs shower I have had four call-outs and only charged for one so I would recommend them to anyone that has problems with water or sewerage Mathew came today and put cameras and rods to find the problem A very nice guy Thanks

Great fast service, really friendly and sorted the issue. Price is expensive but I found the issue at 8pm on a night they were there 9am the next morning. Would definitely use again you get what you pay for and I’m very happy
