Can’t thank Steve enough!!
Can honestly say Dyno-Rod has saved my sanity!! Took them about 2 hours to arrive after I requested someone to come. So so quick!!
After not having a functioning toilet for 6 days, Steve came to save the day! He did not give up even when southern water and others said they couldn’t do it.
He persisted and finally cleared the blockage!!
I am so so grateful. Thank you Steve!! You are a legend!!

Fast & efficient
I called Dyno-Rod today at 12.45 as we had an overflowing drain at my business.
By 2pm we had an engineer at the property and was all fixed by 3pm.
Very happy with the speedy service 🙌

No more sleepless nights with worry
I had a leak somewhere under my 2000 square feet of solid floor - I was absolutely terrified that I was going to have to have the whole lot dug up. I couldn’t pressurise the system at all so the pipe joint had obviously almost/completely blown. I honestly thought that I’d need to take out a second mortgage to solve the issue but the engineers from Dyno Kent found and fixed the leak! No drama, no chaos, no second mortgage - I slept properly for the first time in weeks. Thank you Dyno; thank you Adam and Darnell 🙏🏼

Very good professional service. Arrived promptly as arranged. The engineer was pleasant to deal with and very helpful. He quickly got down to dealing with the problem (a partially blocked surface water drain). Very happy with the service provided.

Efficient, effective and friendly
Within 1 hour of filling out the website form for blocked drain an engineer called me and then arrived onsite within 2 hours. He was very efficient and was not hanging about! Explained the issue clearly so I knew what to look out for in the future. Very friendly service also!

Very prompt service
Very prompt service. The engineer was very pleasant and professional and quickly resolved the problem with my very block kitchen drain. He also pointed out that the support for the manhole cover in my garden was deteriorating and would need replacing on the near future, I was very grateful for the advice.

Unacceptable (lack of) service.
Called at 11am with an emergency job. Chased all day for updates and recieved a call at 4pm to suggest I might want to find someone else to do the job!!! (This is Sat of a bank holiday weekend)
