We rung up first thing on the Friday,he was here in a couple of hours,one quick push with his drain rod and it was clear,he used a camera to see if there were anymore blockages! As we are council tenants it was paid for in our rent,the chap doing the work was excellent 5stars

Brilliant
The gentleman who came to unblock one of our drains was brilliant; he arrived nice and quickly, unblocked the drain, explained what he thought the problem was and how we could mitigate it raising problems in the future. He was friendly and polite, I couldn't have asked for more - thank you so much! :)

Mending a broken toilet
Called Dyno-rod to mend our broken toilet. The engineer, Terry was efficient, thorough and very helpful. He not only fixed our toilet, he mended our kitchen taps all in the one hour. Saving us both time and money.

Brilliant guidance on shared drain blockage
I called dynorod and explained that my drain was blocked, but didnt know whether it was our responsibility or Thames Water's to unblock it. Matthew came out to see us and inspected not only our manhole but all of the others in our row of houses. This revealed it was a shared drain and all houses were affected. He then rang Thames Water on our behalf and arranged for them to come out and deal with it. He was brilliant! We didnt get charged a penny for his excellent work as it was all Thames Water's problem to solve. Brilliant service!!!

Quick, easy booking excellent job
It was a very quick and easy to book an appointment for a convenient time when I could be at home. The job was a fixed price which I was advised of in advance. Matthew was excellent at communication to let me know when he would be here within the allocated time frame, respectful of the property, very pleasant to deal with and accomplish the job in a short space of time leaving everywhere clean and tidy. I hope I don't need to use them again but I certainly would!

Matthew is a credit to the company
Matthew is a credit to the company. His professionalism was second to none. Moreover, shared his wealth of experience taking the time to explain in detail the root of the problem and long term measures the school could adopt to prevent further issues arising. As the site manager, I can strongly recommend, no hidden fees nor additional costs thrown in at the end.

Outside drain blockage
We had to call Dyno-Rod last Saturday night after we had been let down by a company that had said they'd be here between and hour and 90mns and still had not showed up after 3 hours! Anyway, we cancelled. The Dyno-Rod engineer showed up in the hour (by the time it was after 9pm) to deal with our outside drain blockage. He was very professional and well equipped. He did the job and saved us 🙂 as we couldn't do anything. We felt really looked after. I think his name was Dan.
