The operative, Kev, that arrived at the property, did all the 'dirty' work was 5☆ , the call centre operative was obviously unhappy working on a sunny Sunday! So much so, I actually arranged another company to come out! She actually cancelled the call by hanging up so I wasn't 💯anyone would come out.

Great experience
The engineers were on time, polite, helpful and hardworking. The quality of their workmanship was excellent. They explained what they had done in layman’s terms and clearly articulated how the improvements would benefit me. Kevin and Lewis are a credit to Dyno Rod.

Up stairs toilet blocked Called Dyno Rod as toilet was back…
Called Dyno Rod as toilet was back flowing into shower. Engineer was with us within in three hours but sadly unable to unblock situation. Advised would come back on Monday and appointment kept.with in half a hour toilet un blocked and able to see that it was a build up of limescale in the pipe reducing the flow. From start to finish the information given was clear and right to the point, the person carrying out the work was thoughtful, respectful and friendly. Thank you
