Scot went above and beyond on a Saturday night (17th). To unblock our drains , can’t thank him enough, my dad who is 91 would not have had a toilet

Very nice guy from Dynorod came to clean out a rainwater downpipe for us. Quick and efficient service. Very helpful info and explanation to understand the issue. Would recommend the service.

The outflow from the shower and bath was completely blocked meaning that they were both completely unusable. Scott (Dyno-rod engineer) was assigned to the job. Scott phoned in the morning to give an estimated arrival time that afternoon, and then called again around 15 mins before arrival.
Within a few minutes, Scott had accessed the pipe and sorted the problem. Scott stayed on site to carry out thorough testing before marking the job as complete. Very happy with the service.

Booked an appointment and Alec turned up on time and completed the job of unblocking our outside drain. Courteous and he did a good job.

We had a slow running shower drain. Phoned, appointment sorted for the following morning and kept informed during the day. Scott the engineer phoned twice to ask and check about the issue and phoned again 30mins before he arrived. Blockage sorted within 15mins. Job well done in a courteous and professional manner. 10 out of 10.

I thought my blocked sink was an insurmountable problem, but it was dealt with speedily. All was explained clearly to me and soon I heard the sound of free running water. He took care to ensure the drain was well cleared. I have never been so relieved and have no hesitation in recommending Dynorod to anyone. It was all so professionally dealt with, including phoning me to confirm.

Engineer stuck plunger don’t know the right name of gadget in drain however he did successfully unblock the drain. He left us saying the drain had collapsed plunger had stuck so could only use toilet to urinate!
Phoned office immediately to be told it would be three weeks before they could get someone out as they were very busy.
So still had toilet that we could only urinate in!
Next day we contacted another company who admittedly took two and a half hours told us and showed us our drain had not collapsed not only that but by another access drain managed to dislodge the plunger
And
Now we are able to fully use the toilet.
This was all explained by telephone to manager but never received any feedback after hopefully talking to engineer.

Scott was very efficient and helpful. He sorted out our problem with minimal disruption especially on Christmas eve.

The operative turned up when he said he would. He was efficient and quickly diagnosed the problem. It was difficult to get directly to the blockage, but he used his knowledge and experience and managed to successfully clear it.

More generally, it would be really useful to get a more specific slot than 8am-6pm in advance, it's not always straightforward for people to wait in all day. Even an AM or PM slot for half the day would be an improvement.

Scott called on the morning of the scheduled day for our drain to be cleared, to let us know when he would be here. Arrived on time, was very friendly and personable, job was done in jig time, but with care. Could not have been better! Thanks.

I had a problem with the waste pipe on the kitchen sink…Stevie came out and sorted it within 20 minutes and the price was very reasonable…He informed me about the cause of the leak and was very pleasant…First time using Dyno-Rod and I’m impressed…Will be using this company going forward in future !!

Arrived on time. Polite friendly and Helpful. Quickly Identified the problem and the cause. Cleared the blockage and reassembled the pipework and tested the system to ensure no leaks. A good job well done

I had a problem with a blocked pipe and the Plumber called to let me know when he would be at my house. He was very courteous. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to clear the blockage as he needed another plumber to come with the hose. He arranged this and gave me a day and time he would be there. On the return visit he called to say he would arrive in 20 minutes. Wasn’t a straight forward job as they then had to cut into the toilet waste pipe. Thankfully that sorted the problem and he resealed my pipe. Delighted with the service I received.
