Excellent and prompt work clearing the blocked drain initially and identifying that roots needed to be cleared. This follow-up work was also done promptly and efficiently. Both were done by an extremely pleasant young man who explained everything to us and showed us camera footage of what was required and what was done.

The staff on the phone and when visiting were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Problem fixed with no fuss and mess cleared up afterwards. The whol process was straightforward.

Initially i booked my appointment through their website, which was straightforward and easy.

However, due to work commitments, i had to change the initial appointment date.

I called the local office and spoke to a lady called Elaine (if I remember correctly), who was really helpful and happy to change my appointment day.

Then on the day of the appointment, I had a welcome phone call from Kevin to let me know he was on his way.

Then when Kevin arrived, exactly when he said he would, he was very pleasant and helpful, getting the blockage in the drain cleared quickly and efficiently.

Yes, a bit of a long winded review, but hopefully I’ve made it an easier decision, if you were in any doubt to whether to use Dyno-Rod….
