Dyno-Rod - East Scotland Omdömen

Drain Replacement.
I had to have 10 metres of drainage pipes replaced over the last couple of days. The old ones had been blocked by tree roots. Liam performed the work flawlessly and reinstated my block work paving impeccably.
I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Liam called ahead of the appointment, turned up when expected was knowledgeable, polite and explained the blockage and showed the clearance via camera after it was sorted. A quick and thorough service, highly recommend to get the job done.

Just had a visit from Dyno Rod and cannot fault the service. Peter was absolutely brilliant and I could tell he genuinely wanted to get our problem sorted for us. Efficient, professional and got the job done. Thank you very much.
Booking in was easy and quick as was payment - the 90 day guarantee is brilliant too. I thought the price was expensive when I first saw it but it was well worth it.

Attended to the blockage on the same day as I called.
Good communication

Alan went out of his way to fix the issue and offer advice .
Very happy with service.

Liam and Bryan from Dyno-rod came to the house at short notice, found and cleared the blockage quickly.

They explained clearly what they would do to sort the problem and waited to ensure all appliances were running well and draining.

In addition to ensuring the external pipes were sealed and restored.

A brilliant team, great guys, friendly and a pleasure to have at the house.

Thank you Liam & Bryan

Very professional job carried out. Thanks guys (Liam and Bryan), was worried about how extensive the repair was going to be, reassured that work completed satisfactorily.

Excellent communication before and during visit. Helpful and efficient.

From my call to Dyno to the problem being fixed was just perfect. Liam carried out the work with courtesy and care, kept us updated as he was working. First class service from Liam and also Amanda who took my call.

Very prompt service and Liam was very helpful in explaining everything to me

Kevin, called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Worked methodically and worked out the problem & solution.

Polite and diligent, and got us up and running. Many thanks

Peter was great and so efficient! Drains cleared and were full of pine needles…
Thank you Peter.

Responsive, good communication, thoroughly professional on site and most importantly solved the problem quickly.

Excellent service. Liam & Bryan were so helpful. They spent time finding out the reason for the problem, then spent a couple of hours in the pouring rain to fix it. They didn’t complain once. I have no complaints either - they were both great. Thank you!

Had stubbornly non -draining kitchen sink which affected washing machine drainage, so couldn't use it, and my boiler function.Phoned Dyno-Rod (lovely, helpful lady 'Amanda' on 'phone) Dave came out and rodded the pipes (previously recommended to have cut and capped by my plumber by Dyno-Rod) and hauled out load of gunk. Everything now working great but Dave said if any problems, to get back in touch.Very reasonable rates. Cannot recommend highly enough! Would definitely use again.

Kevin was brilliant, he sorted the blockage and cleaned everything up before he left. Excellent service. Can't thank Kevin enough!

Liam & Bryan are a real credit to the company. Friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. They effeciantly tackled the the mysterious problem with enthusiasm and care. Great stuff.

Stuart was meticulous and helpful. He readily identified the problem with our toilet seal having carried out initial work to exclude other issues and set up a visit from the plumber. Knowledgeable and a good ambassador for Dyno-Rod.

The guy Alex McKay was very professional and polite, he undertook the job and tidied up when finished, he took great pride and enthusiasm in what he was doing and that was great to see, having guys like Alex must be a great trusted team member and someone who should be praised for his work ethic

Came same morning as problem reported. Kevin cleared the problem quickly. Polite and efficient. Easy to use Dyno-Rod

Liam and Brian from DynoRod came out to fix an external drain. I got a call to advise me they were on their way and turned up when they said they would - which is always a good start. They quickly assessed the problem and advise me that the existing setup was unnecessarily complicated (and explained why). They then implemented the simpler fix which looked cleaner and simpler. The whole process took around less than 4 hours. Overall I was very happy with the work. Brian and Liam were both professional and personable and I would engage them again if the need arose.
