I would highly recommend Dyno Rod as each stage of the work was carried out in an efficient , courteous and trustworthy manner . Booking a slot was easy via phone with a quick answering time . The booking text message contained a queries contact number which provided a more detailed eta and I also received a call from the workman ( Lewis) 20 mins in advance of the job . The work (drain unblocked ) was very professionally carried out by Lewis and each step of the work helpfully explained to me . The site was also cleaned up afterwards which was a great help. A big relief ! Thank you .

Twice explained where we were time restricted zone, twice explained the issues and what I thought needed turned up and could not do the job. Also was going to bill me for a parking ticket after explaining the times they needed to be here between. Also the cost was 4 times a local chap who has tuned up and done! The guy who turned up was rude, Just walked out when I said I would not pay his parking fine despite what I explained above. Will never use again! Shop. If you have ready this a quick internet save will save you money! Use a local person.

My drains were blocked in the kitchen and the bathroom. A sweet young gentleman named Lewis came and cleared up all the drains quickly and efficiently. . He also went further and checked the rest of the showers to ensure there no further blockage.
He explained everything clearly.

Very good service . Made the booking online received a call from them to confirm it and to give me the price for the works based on the information I gave . On the day the engineer mark contacted me to let me know when he’d be available . He was on time , very helpful and friendly guy cannot fault him at all , he managed to fix the issue in no time at all , cleaned up the scene afterward . From start to finish brilliant

Amazing service, blockage cleared in less than an hour. Checked all drains and even located an issue in the main sewer that was possibly the cause. STW coming out in the next 48 hours to investigate. Thank you Lewis, you are a star

The contractor was very polite and friendly, he was on time he knew what he was doing , I've dealt with dyno rod a few times and they have always done a great job all staff are friendly either on the phone or face to face brilliant.

Lewis came out to attend to an issue with a blocked sink. He was prompt, polite, friendly and very professional. He explained fully what the issue was, and that remedial work would need to be done to the sink, as there was also a leak we weren’t aware of. Would highly recommend
