What an absolute gem of a man Dean from the East London office was. And so easy to deal with. Answered any questions that i had, got the job done in no time at all and even cleaned the path and the pavement too. If you’re lucky enough to get this gentleman for your job, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. 5 stars well deserved.

**Avoid Dyno Rod East London – Appalling Service and Unjust Charges**
I had an absolutely terrible experience with Dyno Rod East London, and I would strongly advise others to stay away. Their service is overpriced, poorly managed, and completely lacking in customer care.
I initially booked a plumber to fix a continuously flushing toilet (Ref: DY-WO-4652545). The plumber arrived on 19th December and told me the cistern needed replacing, quoting £40 for the part. I agreed, but he later admitted the cistern in his van was the wrong size, so nothing could be done. His only "solution" was to briefly touch a cable to stop the water temporarily, and within an hour, the problem returned. I was still charged **£150** for this completely useless five-minute visit and was told the work was covered under a one-year guarantee – which, as I later found out, meant nothing.
A second visit (Ref: DY-WO-4832342) was booked for 7th February, where another plumber told me that the only way to fix the issue was to replace the entire part. I agreed and scheduled a third visit for 17th February. For this, I paid **£370** upfront (300 for two hours of labour and £70 for the part).
On 17th February, the plumber arrived at 1:50 PM and completed the work within **one hour**, meaning I overpaid for an unnecessary second hour. He also had to spend an extra 15 minutes correcting a mistake **caused by Dyno Rod ordering the wrong part**, yet I was still charged for time that wasn’t required.
In total, I paid **£520** for a job that should have been completed in one visit. The first visit was completely pointless, and I was **overcharged** for the second visit. When I raised my concerns with Dyno Rod, they outright **refused to offer any refund**, ignoring every valid point I made.
This company is nothing more than a rip-off, charging extortionate fees for incomplete or inefficient work. Their customer service (Aimee Mills) is **non-existent** when it comes to resolving complaints. Avoid at all costs unless you want to throw your money away!
They offered me a £30 refund, which I refused.

Excellent Work Klaidi
After several visits from Dyno Plumbers for our toilet leak, we eventually got Klaidi who sorted out our problem in the end. We are very satisfied with his work, and would definately recommend him not only in his professionalism but he explained everything that was needed and fitted our new toilet perfectly.
