Dyno-Rod - East London and Kent Omdömen 

It’s been over 2 weeks and we still have not received the results of our cctv drain survey on 12 /11 /25, after full payment was taken.

I had to call them today 28/11/25 to be told it’s has not been done and hopefully will
Be done by end of the day !!!

Would like some
Form Of compensation or refund as we pod for this to be done urgently :(

The engineers were great and, despite poor weather conditions, kept very cheerful throughout the three days of work.

Had a central heating header tank fitted in the loft recently.
The work was done efficiently and professionally by Frazer .
There is often a difficulty getting some plumbers to commit to work, but with Dyno Rod at least work can be booked in with confidence.

Cary is most efficient. He approached his work with knowledge and understanding. He was able to work out where the blockage in my drain was (2 drains on the property. He spent time clearing the drain. He is a very courteous and respectful young man and did his job with care and efficiency. I highly recommend him.

Arrived on schedule. Understood problem and provided quotation as promised.

Dyno rod attend my home to deal with shower not draining and gurgling toilets. Found blockage in main drain line which the engineer jetted. Very efficient service from making appointment to actually fixing the fault. A bit pricey but by the time you call out a plumber pr in some cases plumbers whom often dont have the equipment to deal with main drain block it's probably in the ball. park.

The engineer was prompt in attending, on time, and was able to clear our blocked toilet very quickly.

I went online last night as I’ve had 3 plumbers over trying to unblock my drain!
I requested this morning and I got a phone call this morning saying someone would be here before 12.

They rang at 10 and said they would be 30
Minutes!

He cleared my drain and it’s now all working fine!!

I’m really pleased and would absolutely use them again.

My only criticism would be it would be better to have more clarity on prices online, I had to ask after I’d booked.

I called customer service at Dyno-Rod about my leaking bath tap. The advisor quickly arranged a plumber to attend today. The plumber arrived in an hour as he was working near by. He finished the job efficiently and left the area nice and clean. He was friendly, helpful and professional. It was a top class service.

Polite - the company's plumber was an unassuming gentleman. He was very nice and spent his time fixing the problem. And was able to offer advice on how to avoid further plumbing problems.

First time we’ve used dynorod and the engineer was friendly and solved the drain blockage in minutes. No complaints and would recommend to anyone.
