Had a blockage - Stuart Walker amazing Dyno rod employee came fixed the blockage then looked further with camera equipment issue underground detected - Stuart cleaned up after himself and all the rubbish which wasn’t pleasant. The money you guys earn is deserved for the job you do as I couldn’t!!

The gentleman who came to do the inspection was very professional and friendly but couldn’t complete it because he was called away to a more urgent job. He came back at a later date and he was equally professional but cpupdnt complete the survey because he found a blockage which had to be cleared by United Utilities. Once that was resolved we had to ask for the inspection to be completed but we didn’t get a follow-up report as promised. I rang the office several times and was told there was a backlog but we’d get it soon. However, we are still waiting for it 8 months later and I don’t believe they have any intention of producing it. Payment is cash in advance, of course, so Dynorod make sure of your money but then don’t deliver the report. It’s important because it’s supposed to provide advice on what follow-up actions are required to solve your problems. If you don’t get that information what’s the point of paying for an inspection?

Very efficient service. They gave us emergency priority because we only have 1 toilet in the house, for no extra charge. Problem solved within 2 hours of contacting Dyno-Rod, and the engineer was done within 20 minutes of arriving. He also gave me some tips about what to do to help avoid or deal with the same problem in future.

I had a blocked external drain following indoor and outdoor renovations. Appointment made for the following day. Initial costs indicated up front. Danny called to let me know when he would arrive. The issue was resolved quickly with pressure to clear the debris. No additional cost. All done efficiently and politely with minimum fuss. Would definitely use again.

I was given a price and told someone would contact me shortly with a time. I was contacted, he gave me a time which was within the hour of my first phone call, unfortunately he genuinely got stuck in traffic on the motorway but did phone to let me know. He was polite, got the job done and explained what could have been the problem.

I had blocked internal pipes in my kitchen and bathroom, within ING 1 hour of ringing my landlord Jigsaw homes a Dyno Rod chap called Stuart was here and fixed the problem very quickly, efficiently, he was very friendly and helpful.

This is the second time I’ve used dyno rod for different problems, Daniel came within a couple of hours as an emergency on a Sunday call out due to neighbours waste backing up and coming out my drain, problem sorted and blockage sorted,cleaned up and garden washed down within no time, fantastic service 👍

Called Dyno-rod for a blocked drain, they were here writhing 30minutes! DAZ was brilliant, not only did he resolve the blockage he went further and looked right down my drain with a camera and removed some roots that he said may cause issues in the future.
