Mark from Paignton fixed our drainage waste pipe problem: very professional and equipped with rods, high pressure water jet; extremely personable and good with neighbours; lovely guy. This is the third time we has used Dyno rod (this to
E for drains and last two times for plumbing) and would not hesitate to recommend. First two time’s private jobs and this time with British Gas. Cover. Such good team work and fast coordination between the staff on call and the staff at Telford (who were also very understanding and good communicators). So lovely, and can’t recommend all the team highly enough, whether private job XOR urgent/ priority.

Brilliant service from Dyno Rod! I’ve never had cause to use them before but booked online at 9pm the night before and Service Engineer was with me by 10am following am and had travelled the 70 miles from Plymouth! Thank you Dyno Rod!!

Later than we were originally told however we did receive a call to explain it would be a later time.

on the 25/4/22 technician Josh.A and a trainee from the Plymouth depot travelled to a farm in Cornwall and removed roots .. cleared all manner of nastiness from two large blocked solid drains...

both gentlemen were professional and courteous...
a rare qualitys at the best of times let alone when they are doing what they do..

i was quoted £210 and that is what i paid on completion..

An engineer was booked in for the same day of my call for help. We had to get a new tap, although they would have fitted one from van but didn't suit us, so they came back again and completed the job later. Very pleased. Both engineers were helpful and very pleasant. Would definitely use again

My garden was full of sewage, the guy came and was completely unfazed, fixed the issue and cleaned up the garden, you'd never know I had a literal river of excrement a half hr before! He gave fab advice regarding the drainage issues and what to do next time. The only issue I had was I phoned at 9 am, they couldn't tell me when an engineer could get to me, just that one would. He phoned and gave me an estimated time, which was exact, but took until 2pm, by which time the tide had def risen on the poonami in my garden. 5 stars because the man (didn't catch his name) was amazing, but not a great system by the company.

Drain blocked sewage coming up.
I was a bit stressed.
Prompt answering of the phone no call out charge.
Being a very anxious person were glad of them coming same day.
Engineer sorted problem and checked adjoining properties drains.

A blocked underground drain caused sewerage to flow into my yard.
The response time was well within the period stated on my initial phone call. The problem was quickly resolved and the area affected cleaned down.

Easy to book online and the team who came out were great. They resolved the issue really quickly and were very professional and polite throughout.

Drain clearing was really quick and the guy was very friendly no problem with the on site staff at all. Some really good advice given and would use again.
I had been booked in for a morning slot 0800 - 1300 but the guy arrived at about 1630. There are a great many very good reasons for this but obviously this was later than expected.
When the guy was replacing my manhole cover the corner broke off, this was ignored, I'm not sure if that is standard practice. I assume it doesn't matter but may cause other workmen issues in the future.

Called up from a farm in the middle of nowhere and the guys arrived within three hours! Really lovely chaps, sorted our drainage in quick time ready for the eves festivities. Can’t thank you guys enough!

Great service! Booked a slot online, received confirmation immediately and then the very polite and cheerful man called me 20 minutes before he was due to arrive. He explained everything to me without being condescending (as many tradespeople are to a single female) and arranged a follow up appointment to get my water leak fixed. Fabulous service would definitely use again.

We had a blocked kitchen drain that our local plumber was unable to fix, so we booked online with Dyno-Rod. Pete was our engineer, very friendly and personable, always keeping us informed of how he was getting on. He was methodical in locating the source of the problem, which turned out to be a really major blockage. Pete spent 4-5 hours here in total, working in the heat, a smelly messy job. In the end he got the blockage cleared and it's so nice to be able to use the kitchen sink properly again. Thanks!
