Dyno-Rod - Central London Omdömen 246

I called Dyno rod at 9.30am for a kitchen drain running low stuck with grease. At 11.am Martin from Dyno rod arrived and fixed it with the motor snake equipment they have. Super fast, professional and clean job.
Only feedback is 190£ for half an hour job is the rate of a brain surgeon, but that's London...

You arrived in 4 hours and sorted the issue out. Thank you

I had George C come to the property today to fix a blocked pipe that was leaking. Needless to say he went above and beyond to ensure that the blockage was dealt with. If you're lucky/unlucky enough to have any issues, just hope you get him showing up at your door

The guy who turned out was really good and polite. Fix the problem quickly and explained the cause of the problem. He telephoned 1st to make sure that I knew what I was going to be charged. Very quick call out as well, telephoned 11 pm last night and by 10 am this morning somebody was here to clear my Drain.

South-west London. I can't recommend DynoRod (DR) to anyone. We had sewage coming out of our toilet, which is unambiguously an emergency scenario. DR first pushed their arrival date; then arrived at the very end of an 8-hr advised window; then refused to believe my wife about the location of the correct drainage channel (which we knew and which is provable!); then said he hadn't brought the right tools and left. When we tried to arrange a second visit, we were told our address was not in the system (DR had made a typo on the postcode), then that they would call back to arrange the callout in a window that they missed; we called two hours later and there was no record of the conversation. We finally arranged a second callout, and this morning they've cancelled it citing a broken down van and all other employees being off sick. So it's been a week and we still have sewage coming out of our toilet, with no fix even attempted. Go anywhere else.

Found a Dyno-Rod van parked completely blocking the pavement near where I live in Barnet. Took pictures and tried contacting Dyno-Rod several times, to complain about irresponsible and illegal parking. No reply on central phone enquiry number, no response to several enquiries via the web site. Unresponsive company with irresponsible representatives - AVOID.

Appalling. Thirty years as a landlord and this is the worst customer service I have received. The Dynorod franchise called Chelsea Plumbing, attended my property on several occasions, confirmed what was needed in pictures too and then didn't do the job as it was supposedly installation error. There initial engineers had made a tiny leak worse in their investigation. This whole scenario was via British Gas homecare...and so they couldn't careless.

Efficient and professional services. They cleared the blockage in my drain, checked for leaks and cleaned up after. Friendly and considerate engineers.

At least the expensive end but the guy who came was professional and helpful and appears to have done the job. Their fast booking availability was helpful although the dreaded 8-6 window was a bit disappointing - however, the engineer got in touch and agreed to come between 9 and 2.

Our toilet was in a very sorry state. Martin, the engineer was out here quicker than expected and went above and beyond to fix the issue. Can’t rate him enough! Will definitely use these guys again, especially if they send Martin!

I would have given 5 stars but felt let down by the previous plumbing engineer who attended our property first.
On a happier note the next plumbing engineer AJ (who works in the Central London branch of Dyno-Rod) was a true gem who, with good intentions, managed to sort out our blocked toilet within several hours of taking on our job. He assessed that he was unable to do the job on his own. He would need a plumber who could safely remove our toilet bowl to clear the blockage that we had in our stack (We live in a block of flats) So he contacted his office and they found Adam, who was polite and friendly, and both of them just got stuck in and fixed our problem in next to no time at all. I am so glad AJ came to the rescue because the previous plumber (whom we had met before and whom simply lied, saying he was going to do this and that, and within an hour of him leaving the job, we were back in the same situation we'd called him out to fix and left with a blocked toilet again. Plus he hadn't done any of the things he said he was going to do. Prompting me to have to contact Dyno-Rod again, to get the problem of our blocked toilet, sorted out properly! (Not nice or helpful in my opinion.)
But AJ done his job and was quick and efficient and we were so grateful and relieved because we only have one toilet for 4 people to share so it was important that we got it fixed ASAP!
