The customer service is absolutely shocking. When I called up to see what the status on my delivery was, the woman I spoke to (her name was Jane) was so incredibly rude and far from professional. She actually laughed at my questions and made me feel so small and invaluable that if what I had purchased wasn't a gift for my mother then I would have cancelled the order and requested a refund.

I was also told I would definately receive my purchase in 3-4 business days.. instead it took 9 business days meaning my present was given late.

Will not shop from DWI again and have already warned people of the company.

One of the best shops I've bought from. I ordered something on Monday morning and in came on Wednesday afternoon. This website even delivers faster than Australian shops! I bought two things from here and they was never a problem. My first order did get delayed because of stock reasons, but I contacted us customer service and they said just wait. It did come but it was just stock delay. Thanks, dwi for a great shopping experience.
