After using Duxburys about 3 years ago and experiencing fantastic service, we went back to purchase some more garden furniture. Once again the service was second to none. We couldn’t have been more pleased or impressed with both the service we had and the quality of the garden lounge set we bought. Nothing was too much trouble for Claire when we were deciding what to buy. She was focussed on what we were looking for, very knowledgeable and, like the rest of the team we met, genuinely very pleasant. The delivery team were no less great. Friendly people and great service

What an amazing experience. We were spoilt for choice in the showroom of a huge selection of garden furniture. Polite and respectful staff made it an enjoyable shopping experience. Delivery was easy to coordinate and we now have an amazing garden furniture set on our patio. Definitely recommend.

On time and quality and price

We found Duxburys online about 3 years ago bought 2 lovely Bistro sets and the friendliness, professionalism, and service was absolutely perfect from all the staff. We have recently been back and bought another set, once again the service was second to none. We were looked after this time by Clare, she was fantastic. No pressure to buy, just able to offer her help and advice and assurance that they were there when and if we were ready to purchase, which we did of course. The quality of the products from Duxburys is definitely far superior to any other garden centre we have visited. We had a problem on our initial purchase (not their fault) and they sorted it out without any issues whatsoever. We would definitely recommend Duxburys to anyone.

From the ordering process through to delivery, the Duxbury’s team have been outstanding. Offering to store our garden furniture over the winter was a real bonus. We’re really pleased with the Hartman furniture, it’s great and really good quality.
