Excellent customer services from the staff at Duxburys

After looking around the showroom and amazed at the choice went home to decide. We then ordered online and were impressed with the communications from the company and all the delivery emails, text message updates and therefore the prompt delivery. We absolutely love our furniture.

Recently visited Duxbury’s and subsequently purchased a set of garden furniture. The help we received in the showroom was friendly and helpful with no ‘hard sale’. With an idea in mind we left to think it over and then purchased later that day using a link helpfully sent to us in an email. The process was easy with excellent communication. We were booked in for a delivery the following week. The delivery arrived on time, again with excellent communication, and the delivery guy couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful.
All in all an excellent service and I would highly recommend.

Best covers I’ve ever brought. Got 3 now and well worth the money. I can now leave my cushions out all summer without them getting wet or damp. Great item.

We returned to Duxburys to purchase a further set of 4 Seasons furniture for our holiday lodges in Carnforth. We have bought all our outdoor furniture for our holiday letting business and for our home over the past few years. Always assured of fantastic customer service, excellent products and speedy, friendly delivery. We honestly wouldn’t consider buying for any other company - and definitely would not hesitate to recommend - top class!!

We travelled a fair distance to their showroom as they had such a large selection of styles and layouts to choose from.
We were able to discount some ideas formed by the internet and select a set that suited our garden and our existing furniture.
We were assisted by two lovely ladies who offered us sound advice and pointed us in the right direction.
The delivery was great and the assembly was pretty easy.
All in all I would highly recommend Duxbury's to anyone wanting some quality garden furniture.

I bought my garden furniture late last year, when the price was reduced. Duxbury's offered to store it until I called it off when the weather improved which was ideal.
A couple of weeks ago, an email from them told me that their van would be in my area today, and would I like them to arrange delivery?
The tracking of my order was very welcome as I didn't want to sit in all day waiting. The driver rang me in the afternoon giving me a time when he would arrive.
He was very helpful, carrying my furniture through to my back garden, and taking the cardboard packaging away. My whole experience from ordering to delivery was impeccable, and I will certainly use Duxburys again.

Great quality garden furniture, extremly happy with our patio and bistro set to complete our garden. Lovely, helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble, always a pleasure to visit.

We had an amazing experience after stumbling across the website whilst searching for quality garden furniture and decided to take a drive over.

It was well worth the drive, the largest display of furniture I have seen and we ended up buying a lovely 8 seater dining table. The ability to see them in real life and sit on the chairs was key to us buying as I am so nervous of buying something so expensive online.

The service from the showroom staff was also fabulous as they were there to help answer questions and also left us alone to browse.

To make it even better we were able to get speedy delivery and now have a wonderful table on our decking ready for the warmer weather.

Really good experience, I tried a couple and mentioned to Emma they were too bug for my short stature! She immediately took me to the one that was right for me. Delivery was great. Also had a bit if email exchange about a cover which was also very professional. Between myself and family this is about 5 sets from Duxbury’s and all experiences have been very good.
