Dutton Gregory Omdömen

The team was simply amazing! Amy and Nathalie did an outstanding job, and I’m so grateful for their kind support. They worked incredibly fast and made it possible for me to move into my dream home much sooner than I expected. The whole process was very smooth. They always answered the phone, kept me updated, and made everything stress-free. I would definitely recommend their service. Professional, efficient, and very helpful. Thank you so much!

Shannon has been fantastic. Her patience, professionalism and efficiency have made what is, by nature a difficult process to navigate, as manageable as possible. I am very grateful for her expertise but also her compassion.

We had to evict a very difficult tenant in order to complete the sales of the property. There was a year of struggle before we started the legal process with Dutton Gregory. Although the tenant tried to make the process as difficult as possible for us, Beverley and her team helped us to navigate through the process giving professional legal advice. It has been a year since we started the process and we have just evicted the tenant. Although we still have to deal with the belongings she left behind over the next two weeks, we are relieved to regain the possession of the property. We are grateful to the DG team and would highly recommend them to landlords who need legal support.

I had a complex situation and Charley was able to clearly explain what was needed, options and implications. While we couldn’t resolve the matter easily it was great to be clear and make an informed choice.

Hirakshi what a gem! Such wonderful communications and efficiency. I am so grateful to her for her prompt service. So nice to deal with her. Will definitely work with her in future.

We recently just bought our first home and knowing what a stressful experience this can be, we were prepared for anything to happen but Hirakshi Shajpal and Annie Edwards were so amazing throughout the whole process - we never needed to worry! The other side were particularly slow and difficult during the enquiries stage but Hirakshi was proactive and swift with chases, updates and answers. Obviously as FTBs, we had many many questions but we were always given plenty of time to talk things through and patience while we digested the information we had been given. All the work done was incredibly thorough which put our minds at ease. We are so grateful to the team at DG and would 100% recommend for conveyancing!

After a nightmare of a sell last time, I wanted to change my solicitors and chose Duttun Gregory, with Amy Brisco.
All fees were upfront so no nasty surprises and the fees were very reasonable. Amy was always on hand and extremely quick to respond to any question. I have no hesitation to recommend Amy to friends and family or anyone...believe me, it can make a big difference. Thank you Amy and Dutton Gregory.

I highly recommend Alisha Binfield from Dutton Gregory. A professional solicitor with a great attention to detail, a lot of patience and a friendly manner. It's been a pleasure dealing with her to complete our transfer of equity.

We’ve just completed on our first home purchase and Alisha was amazing throughout. Although the chain fell through half way through the transaction, Alisha was always prompt with updates and made the whole process a lot less stressful than it could have been.

Great experience. Really caring, thorough and professional. Thank you.

We have just completed on our first purchase, we previously where using another company which unfortunately where not the greatest and let us down on numerous occasions and delayed our process. We were then recommended to use Dutton Gregory and were assigned to Hirakshi, she has been nothing but wonderful. We are extremely grateful for her being able to get this over the line for us, as first time buyers we never felt there was a silly question. She was quick to respond and always got back to us if we left a message.

Dutton Gregory walked me through my difficult divorce process with sensitivity and professionalism, enabling me to make the necessary steps to move forward with my life.

Initially I was given the names of 3 different solicitors to contact in relation to the house purchse. The entire process was riddled with complications and delays from the seller and estate agents. However, Hirakshi Shajpal was always immediate in her response to my calls and e-mails and did everything in her power to resolve issues. Hirakshi was always calm, kind and considerate, fulfilling every task efficiently. I would give Hirakshi 5 stars plus for her efforts.

I had an excellent experience with Alisha Binfield at Dutton Gregory. While the purchase process itself was very stressful due to estate agents and other people in the chain, Alisha was always a calm and helpful presence. She proactively chased people, was in daily contact with me and I felt confident she knew exactly what was going on with my purchase. There were no extra charges despite the process going on much longer than expected. I have already recommended Dutton Gregory to friends and will continue to do so.

Ditton Gregory

Dutton Gregory helped us to obtain possession order of our property.
The process was handled professionally and efficiently.

Special thanks to Beverley Nias who gave clear advice and made the whole experience stress free.

Unfortunately, my experience with Nicky Marsh, who was appointed as my conveyancing solicitor, was disappointing. As a first-time buyer, I found her email communication to be unnecessarily rude, which made the process more stressful than it needed to be. Additionally, I found it extremely difficult to get in touch by phone, despite repeated attempts over several months

I used Dutton Gregory for conveyancing when it came to selling a property when the owner had moved into care. Alisha Binfield at the Woking branch provided an outstanding service. She is professional, approachable and a kind, empathetic person. She took on board my particular concerns as a POA and most of the time I felt like I was her only client! She was also extremely efficient and communicative. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Dutton Gregory solicitors, whom we also use for Wills and Probate.

Great Solicitor - used them for conveyancing on our property purchase and was very pleased with how smoothly everything went. Kept up to date on all aspects on an ongoing basis. Really enjoyed liaising with Hirakshi Shajpal, who was very professional and efficient throughout the process, thank you!

Dutton Gregory were recommended by the estate agents and Hirakshi was my solicitor for both my purchase and sale property.
Hirakshi was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. When we hit various bumps in the road, as is often the case with these proceedings, she was able to resolve things promptly with clear communication.
Unlike other solicitors I have worked with in the past, Hirakshi was very prompt and available when communicating. Calls and emails were always responded to in good time and I never had to chase for replies.

We were lucky to have Hirakshi as our solicitor when selling our property, she was approachable, thorough and always responded to our calls and emails promptly. Would definitely recommend her services!
