Dutton Gregory Omdömen

Kirsty and her team at Dutton Gregory are very efficient and helpful. They made this process of buying a house smooth and easy. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience as a first time buyer - Lily was brilliant from start to finish, consistent communication and kept me up-to-date every step of the way. I will definitely keep Dutton Gregory in mind for future conveyancing! Thank you :)

Lily, provided an excellent and friendly service with the conveyance of my parents property.

I was informed of every step of the conveyancing and all executed with professional expertise.

I would certainly recommend this company, thank you Lily...😊

We had been selected Alishia Binfield from Dutton Gregory.

We were very sceptical of selecting a solicitor when selling and buying a new house however we recieved nothing but the best service through out our process, our process ended up being very rocky but Alishia gave us nothing but reassurance and dealt with the problems head on and with no time to waste, Alishia always took my calls and if not called back as soon as she had a gap, always replied to emails, I have nothing bad to say about Alishia, this fantastic lady did everything for us if not more, if you are looking to buy and sell and end up with Alishia as your selected solicitor just know you are in good hands as this can be a very stressful process, big thank you to Alishia Binfield and Ryan.

Carley and the team dealing with our property transaction were brilliant. They were easy to get hold of, walked us through every step and handled our transaction with expertise.

Nathalie was helpful and informative throughout, very happy with the level of service provided

Katie and Carley have made our selling and purchase experience as easy and smooth as possible. There were a few times were we hadn't heard any updates but after a request for an update, we received one promptly.

Our purchasers legal team had been messy us around on the completion day, but thankfully Carley stuck with it and managed to get this over the line and we appreciate the effort put in as we felt this went above and beyond to make sure we completed.

We used Dutton Gregory to purchase our first home, they were fast, efficient and great to work with. Katie Page and Carley Amos worked on our case, both ladies responded quickly and got us moved fast. I would recommend Dutton Gregory solicitors to others looking to buy homes.

I was very pleased with my experience.

Sometimes one individual can have a massive impact on your life. One such person is the wonderful Amanda Watts at the Bournemouth branch of DG! Amanda is incredibly calm, very diligent and highly professional, but above all that she really, genuinely cares. We bought a lovely new build of very high quality, but with a seller whose paperwork, records and diligence were frustrating, and whose solicitors were very poor in responding and driving the process forward. Amanda kept on top of the whole situation perfectly, listened and responded to my constant questions, and coached and guided us through our first new build purchase with ease and humour. If you need a solicitor for your conveyancing, regardless of where you are in the UK (I'm in Leeds) Amanda and Dutton Gregory should be your first choice!

Friendly team. Amanda Watts kept me up to date throughout the process of my property sale. All approachable and I did not feel my questions were silly.

Extremely disappointed with the service. My solicitor at Dutton Gregory allowed my property purchase to proceed even though the developer had already entered liquidation before exchange. This is a fundamental failure of due diligence. A simple insolvency check before exchange or completion would have prevented serious financial loss. This mistake should never happen in professional conveyancing. I cannot recommend this firm based on my experience.

Mark's knowledge and experience on employment law matters is outstanding. As a client, Mark listened carefully and communicated clearly to me at all times. I was particularly grateful for Mark's down to earth approach and his effort into providing a successful resolution. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark to anyone who needs assistance.

Nicky has completed the conveyancing for us on two different properties across the past 10 years. We honestly would not trust anyone else to guide us through and provide this service for us. The first property was our first step on the property ladder and Nicky made it all so easy for us. Our most recent step up the property ladder had extra complications due to a difficult market, being in a chain and having to sell our beloved first home.....Nicky takes it all in her stride and makes it look easy (which we know it isn't!). We've always felt completely looked after by Nicky and cannot thank her enough for her professionalism. Thank you - Lynn & Alex

The best experience we have ever had buying and selling a house.Hirakshi was brilliant communicating everything clearly and keeping us up to speed at all times. Highly recommend.

Michelle was assigned as our solicitor for our house purchase and I am really happy to say I didn't have to chase any stages up at all and the purchase went through very straightforwardly with timely updates given. Having Michelle onboard really took the stress out of the process, thank you!

Good service by the team. Things took a little longer than expected but we got there in the end.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Nicky Marsh for our conveyancing, and the service was just perfect. She's a true asset to the team, guiding us through the entire journey with patience and expertise. She was always available to help and made sure we understood everything that was happening. It's rare to find service this good. Thank you, Nicky, for everything!

Alisha was handling my late mothers property sale. Throughout the course of the Sale she kept me fully updated and was clear and concise in all the proceedings in a very calm and professional matter. She even overcame the problem of the requirement of a suitable document to complete the sale which really should have been accomplished of the buyers solicitor.
I would thoroughly recommend Alisha and all the team at Dutton Gregory in Woking. I have used them before will do so again

Brilliant to deal with , quick efficient and helpful .
Would definitely use again .
Recommended by a friend and I would definitely recommend them to anyone .
Especially Katie and Carley who went above and beyond .

With the help of Carley and Katie, we managed to complete the property purchase in just over 3-weeks. I would highly recommend this company for all your needs, always contactable, and helpful.
