I was extremely impressed with my purchase. They arrived safely and promptly before estimated date. This is now 3 weeks after delivery and all seedlings/cuttings are thriving. Have recommended these guys to my gardener friends and family and i will definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks for making my garden even more beautiful.

Not an issue with J Parker exactly but rather the choice of courier (Evri). The plants I ordered were sitting in an Evri warehouse for a week prior to delivery and arrived looking very weak and stressed. This is the second time I have had a delivery from J Parker that has incurred a long delay with the same courier.

I ordered 5 different varieties of plants. Only one variety (ground cover) was fine. The 15 x grasses still look half dead (or should I say 12 as 3 have died). The hydrangea was like a stick plant and now showing vague signs of life at the base. The agapanthus bulbs roots were broken or shrivelled. There again is vague life from them but not great. After 2 months of nurturing I would have expected more - plants I have bought after them are thriving a hundred times better.
All I got from customer service is they will get better once planted. Not good enough!
I have ordered once before from J Parkers many years ago and had the same scenario of dead plants on arrival but was told they would come back to life once planted which didn’t happen. Only ordered from J. Parkers again as they had a specific variety of grasses I wanted. Mistake…won’t be buying from them again!

I've ordered quite a lot from this company and all I can say is there plants are at the highest quality you'll never find in a garden centre,it's affordable and depending on what you order outstanding results, however the last order was lots of different petunias of several colours and markings but I found when it came to the blue petunia they all died?all the rest are amazing but it's just the blue range isn't any good which is a shame as it was going to be a key feature in the display,not sure if I should order the blue again

The quality of plants received was shocking. I ordered a 4 fern mix pack. When I received them two of the ferns were barely plugs, with no root system. I attempted to contact them by phone, however after 1hr 15mins on the phone the line was still engaged. I them contacted them by email. I receieved and automated response stating that they would be in touch within 2 working days. This never happened. My support code was 523326.
I would not use this company in the future

Waited over the 21 days advertised for part delivery of my plants and they have arrived poorly packed, leggy, yellow, broken, and some too big for their packing so squeezed in. Not sure when the rest will be dispatched….I ordered once before and had dead plants on arrival but was told they would come back to life when I planted them….they didn’t. Wish I hadn’t given them a second chance.

Very disappointing experience with plant order received in two deliveries. The first part was supposed to be mixed auricular but have arrived all one colour. It arrived extremely wet, which these plants cannot tolerate. Most likely will have mould spores and will die off. Second part arrived, nemesia, absolutely drowned, each plant mouldy and almost all disintegrated from the mould fallen away from stem and smelling fowl. They also looked like they had been sat somewhere for days before delivery. I have contacted the company three times. No response. I have requested a full refund today. Let’s hope they can manage this without further delay. Terrible service, dead plants, wrong products sent, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
I have just seen your reply. If you look at your emails, you will see three from me which clearly outline my issues. Unless of course, you have numerous disappointed customers who have experienced the same!

Strong healthy plants that were well packed and in perfect condition on arrival.

Out of 24 variety pk of herbs there was only 4 diff types of herb most half dead or dying. Very blunt customer service. Slow delivery, i could have grown from seed myself in less time. All in all i would advize go to a garden centre

Most of the plants arrived in the one week I was away, so I had to organise someone to open them. It would be much more helpful to have an indication of when they were coming rather than the day before.
One of the boxes was very squashed, one of the plants wasn’t in the bag and I don’t understand why so many plants didn’t just come together in one package, instead of coming in separate packages over multiple days?

Very pleased with my many baby plants and hopefully what they grow into.

Perennials all arrived together in great condition - good size plants easy to pot on.
Zonal geraniums (60) arrived in separate order, one tray seemed to be affected by mould and several were not able to be saved.
Saying that the standard of the plants is exceptional and I’m overall very happy the way my order has been fulfilled (4.5 stars)
