Duration Windows Omdömen

Coral, was extremally helpful, knowledgeable and quick to respond. Great service!

Ken is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that we have a seamless process from end ro end. He is never too busy for guidance or to answer questions . We always use duration because of his impeccable customer service

I contacted them to mention an issue I was having with the bifold doors. Lucy was excellent, she booked an appointment straight away to look at it, and was given updates on the day of the appointment.
It's now fixed. Very smooth experience!

Out of the blue the transit door handle in our almost thirteen year old bifold windows decided to give up the ghost.
I called Lucy, whom I'd had some contact with in the past, to see if there was any chance of them still being available. Thankfully they had a set in stock and they are winging there way to me by DPD Special Delivery, here tomorrow. Well done and thanks Lucy.

Ken delivered outstanding sales services, with prompt replies and very good help with getting the right measurements!

Ken was helpful from first contact through to completion answering various questions I had for him. He has a brilliant level of product knowledge and was able to help clarify any points instantly.

Many thanks for helping me with this order.

Have sourced heritage windows from Duration for several phases for our house over a number of years. Required some more recently and received the usual first class service from Charlie at the quote stage. Prompt and professional.

Where can i start?
From the moment of picking up the phone and speaking to a lady called Coral what an experience, so helpful nothing was too much trouble. Sent my measurements over had everything re sent to me to confirm!! Such a simple slick service!!! Highly recommend!!

Thanks again

Excellent quality bi-folds. Really friendly and helpful customer service. Responded quickly when we had a small issue with a wire (general wear and tear, not product issue), and helped to resolve it.

Lucy in customer services, has been extremely helpful and resolved my enquiry with speed and efficiency.
Thank you Lucy

I made the effort to go to the showroom in Canvey Island, I spent well over an hour there with Ken in the showroom.
He was so helpful, and advised me so well, he has so much experience, just really helpful, and great advise.

What a great company, Ken was ace, really helpful and fantastic, ive used duration a few times now, and will do again, came recommended and i now recommend them

Very helpful customer service from Ken at Duration.

Great customer service. We called into the showroom to view their bifold doors. Ken was great and explained all the options available to us. He was very knowledgeable about each door and showed us how they all worked, we just need to decide what we want which isn't easy with all the different options available.

I’ve known Duration nearly 30 years and have dealings with them on pretty much a daily basis. It’s not all a bed of roses as they know but when your ordering the quantities of product we do it’s not always going to be without it’s issues. It’s how you deal with those problems quickly which is a true mark of a good company and its staff. I’ve got to make a special mention of Georgina(Queen of Duration) who’s leaving shortly, I doubt she’ll miss speaking to me every week but I want to thank her for all of her help & support she’s given to us over the years. I wish you all the best Georgina in your new venture

Being using this company for years we had a customer who was very exact in what he wanted Coral was absolutely brilliant in handling the amount of phone calls and emails I sent not once did she make me feel I was nuisance (even though I knew I was ) she’s a brilliant member of the Duration team

Just wanted to comment on Jon Wade from Duration windows consistent customer service.........its great when you have the ability of a company representative to provide a uniform, reliable and high-quality experience to its customers at every point.
