Dungeonland Omdömen

Fantastic range at awesome prices with exceptional customer service

After ordering a product they got in touch to tell me its condition, and asked if I would still like it.
Their customer service is amazing and I would highly recommend them.

Ordered three RPG hardback books on Tuesday evening. Books arrived Thursday.

Possibly the best packaging of hardback books I've ever seen. Kudos.

You've just gone to the top of my list when shopping for RPG stuff.

Customer service truly outstanding. It’s like speaking to the person behind the counter in a real shop. Prices are really good for a small business. Packaging an delivery is first class.

Dungeonland are the best FLGS in the north west. A proper family operation, support them instead of the big boys!

Super easy to navigate the website and super quick on delivery
Wide range of products available

Came across Dungeonland whilst looking to buy the Vaesen RPG games in the UK. Great stock of games (they had all the Vaesen books - which was what I wanted) at good prices, their communications with orders was superb and they were very friendly to deal with. They give different options for mailing out and I've found everything to be dispatched quickly. Definitely my go to place now :)

Reliable and knowledgeable. The best source of TTRPGs in the UK.

a great place to shop from, amazing with feedback, always helpful with answering questions, wide variety of stock and ship extremely fast

One of the best shops for a TTRPG GM/Player. Quick delivery, excellent quick customer service over Discord and a lovely bunch of blokes.

Absolutely fantastic!

I have been using Dungeonland as my go-to RPG site for the past few years. I have had nothing but good experiences - always prompt to reply to any queries (or even cancellations), a great range of products and all available at some of the best prices you are likely to find anywhere.
If you haven't used DungeonLand yet, you really should!!

Really helpful with out of stock purchases and a thriving Discord community!

Transaction went smoothly, book arrived on time.

Awesome company.

These fine folks deserve to be better known! A rarity in gaming shops, as they don't only stock DnD but other game systems as well! Items ordered late last night and dispatched TODAY! AMAZING

Had a little mix up with my order and received the wrong item. Called them straight away and they were great! Sorted out the courier to come and pick up the wrong item and got the correct item sent back out to me. Communication was perfect throughout giving me updates until I had the correct item. The figure arrived in perfect condition very happy even with the extra week wait. Can't fault them at all a very friendly and professional company! I wish ordering online was always this easy, especially when things do occasionally go wrong. Would definitely use this company again!

We couldn't be more lucky in the UK than to have these guys importing indie RPGs from over the Pond for us. Fantastic service, always super helpful and a joy to speak with.

You get a 1st class human experience with these guys and their passion is clear, why go anywhere else.

Brilliant Team, Swift Delievery and great Products.

I've been using Dungeonlands numerous times for my TTRPG gear for the last few years and they never miss a beat. Products have always come on time, and even early most times! And are clearly handled with care.

Having joined the discord the team are always responsive, great communicators and open about their experience. Even when enquiring about products that aren't stocked yet they go above on beyond to give you an answer, both times I've questioned about products that nowhere in the UK has in stock the universe has provided an answer and not long later Dungeonlands have been able to provide.

Thanks for the reliability and friendliness!

Sincerly, a most definite returning customer 😊

Brill products, brill guys, brill transparency and pricing

One of the best companies around, great prices, deliveries are always very well packaged, and a huge selection of games, thoroughly recommend them.
