Best shop for price and selection.
They have the best selection for TTRPGs I have seen. I spent alot of time looking for niche books for D&D and they had all of them. They have amazing prices and a cool rewards system.

Poor customer service.
The business offers 24 hour delivery. Unfortunately due to volume of orders they were not able to fulfil this. Fair enough, everyone gets busy at this time of year - but then refused to process a refund for five days after I contacted to cancel. They spent more time arguing with me about issuing the refund than it would have taken to issue the refund which is just mindboggling. It takes moments to issue a refund and I probably would have used them again; as it is now, not a chance. I cannot recommend this shop due to this poor experience.

We offer a 24 hour Parcelforce courier service, not a 24 hour delivery. Our checkout advised you delivery within five days. It was Christmas week, and we had backlogs of well over a hundred orders. You asked to cancel, and we said no problem, and informed you that we process all orders in the date and time order they come in and it would be two days before we got to your order. At that point, you started to threaten us with legal action. Which was bizarre. You had no understanding it was Christmas and we had backlogs, and no understanding that there were many customers waiting to be dealt with before yourself, customers that had placed their orders days before you had. In the end you jumped the queue, and we gave you a same day refund. And you still complained. I appreciate a refund can be processed in five minutes, but what you didn't appreciate is that all the customers before you could also probably have their orders processed in five minutes each, but they were waiting patiently, in the queue. You wouldn't queue, insisting we do everything immediately for you, and that was the real problem.
Asked many questions and they were happy to answer
Asked many many questions and was answered with an apology because it was their busiest time (Black Friday week), was even invited to the shop for a chat to discuss which game would suit.
Ended up buying a system from them and it was swiftly dispatched and arrived in days.
Will be using again and taking a trip to visit them.
10/10 for customer service.

Speedy shipping
Great service received from Dungeonland. My first purchase with them and it was extremely good. I ordered a couple of figures on a Tuesday and they arrived by Thursday. Speedy shipping and delivery. Would purchase from them again.

Good service, happy customer
I hadn't used Dungeonland before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. However, I'm happy to report that it was a good online shopping experience. The price was good, the communication was thorough, the delivery was quick, and the item was well packaged.
So, overall, I have no hesitation in recommending Dungeonland and I would be happy to use them again.

Reliable and quick
My order was dispatched swiftly and well packaged. The PDFs were available immediately as they were included in my purchased items. Dungeonland is a great shop, I just wish it were close enough for me to go and browse instead of having to order via the internet!
