Dulux Decorator Centre Omdömen 

I went into the Dulux Decorator centre at Leigh this morning. A gentleman called Phil served me and I must say” his product knowledge was excellent “ he advised me to buy a water based sealer primer to paint on some stains on my ceiling before I applied the emulsion.
Brilliant product. His customer service skills were excellent. Thank you so much Phil.

Support the local shop’s especially after COVID. Went down to my local Dulux Decorator centre looking for woodstain paint which was just over £130.00

My wife found the same Dulux trade paint tin on the internet from a different supplier for just £100 which includes delivery. This supplier must be making a profit so I wonder what Dulux mark up is.

Not happy.

Visited the centre on Greenacres Road. We was served by a lady named Hannah and wow her service and attitude was appalling! These guys are supposed to be the experts and because we was asking a few extra questions, her facial expressions and tone of voice was just appalling!! Really there is no need to speak to customers in such a way when they are just asking for advice and making sure the product they buy is the correct one! Hannah definitely needs further training on how to speak to customers!!!

I ordered a filter from here on July 25th for a spray gun
This site had the quickest delivery (5 days ) out of various places so I ordered from them as I needed it asap
5 days came and went , I spoke to them after 7 days and was promised they would look into it but nobody bothered to let me know if they did
I then contacted the store I was collecting from who did actually find out for me today 12 days after ordering it and Dulux accepting my order and taking my money that they did not have it in stock and still don’t though they do still have my money
Dreadful service
I have had to keep ringing them to find out what is happening and they refuse to help
If it wasn’t for the store I was supposedly collecting from I wouldn’t even know it was out of stock
They seem to just want to take the money for an item they didn’t have and then keep it even though they still don’t have it in stock
Thieves and scammers
I look forward to seeing their reply although as they almost always seem to reply to positive reviews and intermittently to negative ones I’m not sure they will
Especially as they couldn’t even be bothered to reply to questions about why they had not fulfilled my order

Popped in for some paint ( obviously) and was asked by Mark if I needed any help. Didn’t think I did: it’s paint !
However he was able to show me the colour new and wet. Yes it changes when wet as it’s Anthracite. He opened the tin and showed me. Very helpful and bought a couple of tins. will definitely get more from this shop.

Visited the Northampton branch in person and the team was very helpful. Willing to guide me on the colour and selecting the correct paint.

Brilliant shop 👏🤗and excellent customer care with humour and great advice.I’m sorry to say is very lacking now in most shops that have been with us for decades.

Knowledgeable staff , quality product.

I did a online order, somehow during the payment I did messed up and ending up asking to delivery in wrong place.
I called then and Lady from Bow store went above and beyond to help me out and get my materials where I really needed. She communicate with me during all process and that gave me the sense that is a company that really respect their clients. Highly recommended

We visited 2 Decorator Centres in the course of a revamp project. Advice we got was spot on at both and they provided exactly the right materials for the job. When the person serving us couldn't answer our question they went off straight away and found someone who could - no guessing. They want to make sure you do a good job.

The advice and customer service was excellent. Chris at the Darlington branch was very helpful, knowledgable and friendly.

Congratulations to Jade and Carl at the Dulux Decoration Centre in Olton, Solihull who have given us excellent and really helpful advice on different paint products and supported us in making our colour selection. We were completely happy and satisfied with the excellent service given over several weeks which is so often lacking with other paint retailers. The guys at the leamington Spa branch could not be any more helpful. Highly recommend for expertise and a quality service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I naively went into the Huddersfield Dulux Decorator Centre expecting to order a 5L can of mixed paint at a reasonable price. However, I didn't get the price before having the paint mixed, my first mistake !!! When it came to paying by card, £140+ came up. Too late to question the price as the paint had been prepared. A simple bit of on online searching came up with £50 to £80 for the same product (including delivery and VAT). As other 'burned' reviewers have commented do your online search first /call the centre.

I recently visited the Dulux Decorator Centre in Manners View, Newport, Isle of Wight. I needed some paint to redecorate my bathroom. Mary advised me about what type of paint to buy. I made my choice of colour for the walls, but when I actually painted the walls, I wasn't too happy with my choice of colour, so I went back to the shop with the intention of buying a tin of paint in a different colour. I made my choice, but Mary in the shop suggested I buy a small sample tin and try that first, which I did and then returned to buy a full tin. The manager Robert became involved, and informed me of something known as the Dulux promise, where if a customer is not happy with a product for any reason, they will replace it free of charge, so I took advantage of this offer with excellent results. My sincere thanks to Mary and Robert for their help.

Good efficient service, mixed some paint within minutes. might be slightly more expensive, but Dulux paint is good stuff.

Been a customer for 20 years and haave recently closed my account.
I have never been so embarassed in a shop. So very many times over the years. It is embarrassing to have to fight for fair prices only to have them removed by the time they send their invoices out.
Fraudulent Management with shifting terms that they dnt bother to tell you about. They just try to charge you an extra £20 on a tin of paint 1 morning.
That pricematch promise is embarrassing when a customer can get a better deal by googling and findung the same product at toolstation, wickes, bq, the list is endless.
DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF.
ALL products are cheaper elsewhere. The products are hyped and overpromoted yet have no significant advantage over other ranges such as Crown.
No other trade centre is so smug or so quick to try to rip you off.
It is in the terms and there's nothing the staff can do but try to keep up with the shifting nonsense from above.
Friendly staff picking pockets by culture. Covid price hikes far outshone the competition and they are now intolerable conmen.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
LITERALLY ALL PRODUCTS CHEAPER ELSEWHERE BY THE TIME YOU GET YOUR TRUE INVOICE SHOWING THE ACTUAL PRICE PAID.

I needed to make an immediate correction to a weekend order, but the only way to do this is to call. There is no customer service over the weekend, so I called as soon as they opened on Monday morning only to be told 'tough luck'.
