Shopping was easy. I had a question and they responded promptly. Sizing was accurate. I love the material of the dresses.

Dresses fit well and are very pretty for summertime. The ordering experience was good and delivery didn’t take too long.

This order was not as expected or advertised. They advertised that everything was made in South Carolina and the package was stamped “made in China”. The material is like a waterproof bathing suit material, not at all float and soft like it shows in the ad. I emailed them multiple times to ask about the return policy (before I even received the item) and they never answered a direct question. Now I received the items and I want to return them and they are not getting back to me with a return authorization code. I think they will wait until it’s 31 days and then tell me it’s too late. Do not buy from this company. TERRIBLE customer service. I’m going to have to take this up with my credit card company.

The dress that I ordered arrived in the time specified.
The material is soft and lightweight . I ordered a large and it fits snugly for my 5 feet 160lb. frame.

The company is a scam. I am going to begin posting on every platform I can. They are not in South Carolina - they do NOT offer easy returns - their products are NOT made in the USA. My wife has been trying to return cheap quality clothes she ordered from them and they are not accepting it. I am committed to telling everyone about them and their SCAM company. Their clothes are made in China, their return warehouse is in Dubai.

I did some research - the company is officially licensed out of the UK, but owned by Chinese investors - you can go to the UK site for business registration and look for - XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD - Company number - 12038034.

I love the dress and blouse I purchased. True to fit and great quality.

I wanted to return my product as the quality was crappy, and it didn't fit well at all, looked cheap. My reply was:
Dear customer:

We only offer free returns for quality problems, not for all returns. We are really sorry our item does not meet your expectation, we can refund US$22 for your order as compensation, can you keep the items?

No, that isn't good enough. Poor reply and crappy company!

Do not order from this company if there's any chance you want to return the very low-quality merchandise. Customer service is non existant. Returns handled via email only, with repeated pleas to "just keep it." Final response, " if you insist on returning it ", well consider refunding after we recieve the product.

Received my dress after two weeks and I love it. Showed it to my friend and told her how I like it and she going to order her one.

Transaction was easy. Garment fitted great. Delivery was on time.

I ordered 2 dresses and a top. The 2 dresses arrived and are lovely. One fit perfectly. But the other is way too small even though I ordered both in the same size. The top did not arrive at all.

I contacted customer service. As others have noted, I was offered a small reimbursement and told to keep the dress I don't want. I requested to return the dress for refund or exchange for a larger size and asked for the top to be shipped. I was offer $15, then $25. We're now up to $36.

I am very disappointed in the customer service and advised them I would be writing a very negative review. That is a shame because the 2 dresses are beautiful and well made for the price. But if I can't wear one of them, it is not worth it. And I didn't get the top I ordered and paid for. So, as of now, I have paid US$111.32 for a dress advertised for $44.99.

June 2nd UPDATE: They sent me the address to return the dress finally! Of course they won't cover the shipping cost. Still no word about the top I never received. I have told them I expect the top to be sent or to be refunded in full. Let's see... I certainly won't be ordering from them again!

Perfect! I usually wear a size 10 which is a medium on this site but I ordered the Large. It fits perfect. Material is nice not real stretchy. Very nice dress I would definitely buy here again.

My dresses are beautiful, well made, quality material. Fit perfectly. Shipping time was well worth the wait. I will be ordering again.
