They said l was eligible but then said l wasn’t. Am still disputing the return of my money. Would not recommend

So bad experience.. They said i was eligible and then i discovered i wasn't. And I had problems with some discrepancies on ancestors name.

They did get all my documents and were professional and responsive but I was not properly prepared for my consulate appointment as they missed important mistakes on my documents and neglected to have me get a document filled out by a relative and notarized. After the abysmal consulate appointment, they said they just get the documents and couldn't help me and I should look on a forum for what to do next. They had said they would help me be prepared for the appointment but I was unprepared and had glaring problems.

I received exceptionally quick and sound advice about all aspects of filing for dual citizenship. IDC located the birth and marriage certificates I needed from Italy, did all my translations, helped with organizing all the documentation, and provided a fair amount of hand-holding as our consulate date approached. It was ever so helpful to have knowledgeable people ready to advise!

I rarely write reviews but this one is warranted and well deserved. I can't express how happy I am with the service that I received from Tania and Andre. I needed two birth certificates from the late 1800s and was missing some of the most basic information. I had incorrect spellings. I wasn't sure of the places of birth. And I didn't even have a birth date for one of my relatives! Nevertheless, within two months the birth certificates were located and mailed to me.

I started the process of getting my documents for my dual citizenship and ran into many obstacles. Andre and Tania answered all of my questions at the beginning of the process. I was favorably impressed and decided to use their services. All prices were quoted at the beginning and they did not change throughout the process. They obtained all of the necessary documents. A few documents were not submitted in the correct format and they stayed with it until everything was in order.

I liked that I was able to review the documents on line as they were received. I just received my final packet in the mail and it looks great! Now on to the consulate and hopefully dual citizenship.
