The service I received from this company was absolutely awful.
The Probate solicitor was rude, aggressive, and thoroughly unprofessional in her manner.
The Conveyancing solicitor took 6 months to send a form on my behalf to the Land Registry and only did so after I submitted a written complaint, and then took a further 4 months to respond to an enquiry from the Land Registry.
Dreadful service at an already difficult time in my life.

Brilliant Company, Would highly reccomend Gillan Sharp and her team for the outstanding personal approach they showed in my house purchase. Gillian and her team were always vey polite and never left me without answers. It didnt matter the amount of emails I sent they were always answered with politness and with a friendly heartwarming approach. The set fees from the outset make everything so clear and precise. Honestly I dont know how to show my gratitude to DRN especially Gillian at the Colne branch they really went above and beyond. They were always quick to get things done. I have dealt with a few local conveyancers in the past and DRN were the best. I have reccomended Gillian and her team to a friend who is selling and I will keep reccomending. Brilliant team keep up the personal approach its hard to find that these days with conveyancers. All the best for the future and I am sure we will meet again if I decide to move. Thank You

By the poor standards of anti-family law practiced in the UK it's highly unlikely that there is much to recommend any firm but Gillian Taylor certainly made an impression on me from the first meeting when she rolled her eyes at me perhaps showing the first evidence of just how eager she was to represent the other side at every opportunity and went on to provide the most useless and lack lustre service imaginable and no doubt she and the hopeless barrister she provided me with made a good stack of money for being worse than a chocolate teapot too. Congratulations for helping stitch me and my kids up.
No wonder social services recommend "get a solicitor".. Another working for their side!

I am trying to purchase a property and this firm of solicitors and namely James Anderson are dealing with the sale.

To say they are treating the 82 year old vendor disgracefully is an understatement. After some 10 weeks they still seem have not completed a contract and seem have dragged their heels throughout the entire process since a member of staff left. The vendor is stressed to the point of collapse and so am I...its simply not good enough
