I've been shopping at Dr. Jay's online and at the retail stores for decades, their service is always excellent. Their customer service is great the store employees are great and shopping online is a breeze! They send everything right away. They have a vast inventory of wonderful urban fashion.

I need you now. I have been shopping since 2008. Never had a problem….. I need a new coat now. Why is your website down so long?

Wow!!! What a big disappointment to see that DrJays isn’t opened anymore!!! Do they plan to reopen? This was a good store that sell quality products at great prices and I always receive my items in a timely manner. I hope they reopen soon!

Are they closed?. Highly upset!Always got my kids great brands and quality clothing for the low. There is literally no other one stop shop! Did they rebrand themselves? I need an explanation. Lbvs

I live in Ireland, and every time I get my parcel, I'm always pleasantly surprised. Quality is always of higher value than charged. I'm disappointed they disappeared online without an explanation to loyal customers. I have been buying from their site since 2010—that's 14 years, and now they're gone just like that.

Ive been shopping for my husband and son for the last few years and hope they will return. Its hard to find well fitted good material and cute clothes for big fit men. On other sites if you are lucky you will find the size but the clothes look cheap and corny. Dr Jays please come back, I cant find any good sites for cute clothes

Oh my I truly hope that they are not considering closing their online store. I've been shopping from this company for over a decade for my children and husband. I keep checking to Shop online now. I would be quite disappointed. I don't Shop anywhere else. Please reconsider and keep the online store open please.

I hope they continue their online services. I have been shopping with the company since 2012 and I tell you this is the best quality and reasonable clothing company I have ever bought from. Please reconsider keeping your online store I am not ready for this era of shopping to end.

I have been purchasing from Drjays online for over 5yrs now and never once have I had any issues, the service, delivery & quality of their products is of high quality, I always recommend their website to family and friends, I seriously hope they are not closing, A very happy customer from Aotearoa New Zealand

have nothing to say but good stuff shopped here for at least 10yrs loved everything if they are truly closing there doors you will be missed

I have been buying for over 15 years. My experience has been the best, customer service great, quality clothing. I am hearing that the company is closing down....please at least consider online alone. Will miss Dr Jays...please reconsider

I've been a longtime user of the DrJays website. Occasionally, deliveries to the UK can take up to a month, which is a bit lengthy. However, the products they offer are of excellent quality. I've bought numerous T-shirts from them, and they've proven to be durable with minimal color fading even after multiple washes. I'm currently experiencing difficulty accessing the website, and I'm unsure if it's temporarily down or if there's an issue specific to the UK. Can anyone else access it?

I'm a long time buyer from this site and when I say long time I mean at least 8yrs and I have never had a problem with them.. they have great deals, customer service is A-1, clothing quality is great,my sizes were alil off but that was no biggie and they actually have a really great big and tall section.. it's better than any other big and tall collection site. I'm plan to continue shopping with them until I can't fit anymore in my closet lol.. I can't wait to see what they have in store for us when the site comes back up.. I don't know why all these negative reviews but I recommend u judge for yourself.. Thanks again Drjay's for keeping us big guys fresh

I ordered seven pairs of pants there which was stacked pants four of them came in good but with a couple strings on them that I had to cut and touch up which wasn't too bad but the other three pairs of pants two of them with faded from the black color then the other one which was the star and broadery stack pants look like they was like embroidery crumble like somebody crumbled the stars all together and just stitch them together like that it's ridiculous it's like they just picked up the bottom of the barrel pants and just gave them to me after looking at somebody's reviews I guess I was too late but I know now not to order from them again

Looked at the reviews before I ordered and I seen everyone complaining about the sizes being to small so I decided to order 2 sizes up and the clothes was still too small for my son, their sizes are way off.

The customer service of this company is
incredibly poor, making it extremely

Ordered a shirt and short set received in a good amount of time In perfect condition well packaged dr jays is def a safe spot to order from with what I have experienced I am not quite sure where these bad reviews are comming from, I have ordered to two addresses and neither orders got lost or anything else these complaints have said order with ease from my experience just make sure u know ur size.
