I could not be happier

I could not be happier! Love my new car. The only thing about both locations I went to the cars need detailing several vehicles I went into were dirty, and the one I took home has a bad smell from previous owners. But I love my new car!

Not so Great Service

Before I went to the lot to pick out a vehicle, I was told that I was already approved and that all that was needed to be done was pick a vehicle, test drive it, give my down payment, and leave. In and out she said. I waited half an hour to be helped after I test drove and picked a vehicle. Then my down payment was more than what I was shown on their website, payments were more than I was shown. I left with a vehicle but only because I needed it ASAP, or I would have left and went to another dealership. I spent a total of 2 hours in there and most of that time I was doing nothing but looking at my phone.

Mr Cook is lovely!

I worked with Mr Lamonte Cook to get a second car and I have to say that it was the best car buying experience I have ever had! The process was very easy and I love that we went through a checklist on the car before signing any paperwork.

Five Stars for Eva and Our New Equinox

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Experience!

My wife and I recently purchased a 2023 Chevy Equinox, and we couldn’t be happier with both our new vehicle and the exceptional service we received from Eva.

From the moment we arrived, Eva made us feel welcome and comfortable. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. She answered all of our questions thoroughly, walked us through the features of the Equinox, and made sure we felt confident in our decision every step of the way.

What stood out most was Eva’s professionalism and genuine commitment to helping us find the right vehicle for our family. There was never any pressure, just honest guidance and outstanding customer service. The entire purchasing process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free.
