DriveTime Car Sales - Toledo Omdömen 

Sold me the a 2018 Chevy Cruz at 100k miles. Next day, the check engine light comes on and my car goes into limp mode and telling me “Engine Power Is Reduced.” I take it in to the mechanic to find out the hood won’t even come up and I have to get that fixed. Run a diagnostics check and the Engine Oil Pressure Circuit is stuck on. Multiple times trying to get to the shop, my car kept getting sent into limp mode and forcing itself under 20mph when the speed limit was 60mph, putting me and others in danger.

Salesman in Toledo did a nice job of showing me everything with the vehicle and Joanne did a nice job of getting me there by phone the only problem is minor the driver side window button is broke the manager is a wear of that I would like to see about getting that fixed i would recommend your business to anyone thanks

I am very unhappy with this process and the way I’ve been treated by some employees. I returned my vehicle within the 5 days and under the 300 miles. I’ve been told about 20 different stories of what happens next. I wanted to move my down payment to another vehicle elsewhere which seems not possible and apparently a refund is even more difficult and I’ve been told I may never see it, as it will be mailed to a dealership. This is crazy. I was told the process to return and exhange if not satisfied would be easy. Beware cause that is not the case! I don’t have a car or my money. This is a horrific situation. how can I buy another vehicle if DriveTime has my money??? And I did contact customer relations in case that was gonna be suggested.
