I purchased a Jeep Patriot 2016, 2 weeks later the engine lapsed along with electrical issues. Since it was past the 5-day mark, the dealership wouldn't allow me to trade it in nor let me get out of contract. They pushed me off on the insurance to get the vehicle fixed and it auto shop said it needs an entire new engine. Drive Time said there's nothing they could do since I signed the contract. I escalated the situation now I have to get a lawyers involved. Do not get yourself involved this company or you might see yourself in the same situation as I.

My son, and I purchased a vehicle from Drive Time in Stone Mountain, the salesman, I am so disappointed. The salesman told us our payment will be due on the 18th of the month, with a 10 day grace period, and we have 60 days if we choose to do so add more money to the down payment, but we still have to pay the the car payment on the 18th of the month, we were lied to, and I feel as though I have been scammed. We have to pay every two weeks, not once a month, please be very careful when dealing with Drive Time in Stone Mountain Ga. All they care about is make a sale.

William and manager Shay were accommodating, providing service with a smile and made sure I was completely satisfied with my new purchase! Excellent dealership with easy financing options.

The Drive commercial is fake .very upsetting when I couldn't get to pick my down payment .Really had no cars to choose from Payments are high like 620 dollars a month . My muffler is hanging off they wouldn't fix it bcus they said it was cosmetic. CAR IS OVER 22 THOUSAND FOR A HYUNDAI SONTA YEAR 2017 . MY SALEMAN JOSHUA WAS NICE. BUT damn I was trying to keep this car but I won't it's to much I only took the deal bcus it was 100 dollars to put down .But disappointed foreal. If u advertise u should do as u say. This is false advertising People .
