They were no help to me ever , donât trust them because of known for conning other people daily. This keep of so call car service is full of crap , shame on them for giving many people con jobs on them . Would not recommend them to anyone

I did the online review it gave me a high down payment the dealer said come in and they could work with it well that was a lie. I do not recommend.

No gas in vehicle
The car I choose had an issue the key wasnât working and the battery was dead. I was given other choice but nothing similar to my 1st choice. I am happy with the choice I chose with not much help from the agent.

My review is going to be based off the experience there vs the car. I just got my car yesterday so canât speak much on that.
I was coming from an hour and a half away so I reached out to see if I could get a preapproval before going in.
Rick worked with me via text. Which was great. That process was smooth. He said everything was good and confirmed the rate was secured at that.
Iâm going to start with the rate, when I got in, the rate was indeed not the same and ended up to be about $5 more a month then it was promised at and the interest was like .5 higher. While this doesnât sound too bad, that does end up being about $360 more in the end.
I brought someone with me and spent a whole week talking them into going and getting a car. Unfortunately DriveTime does not offer any type of referral bonus, discount etc. shoot he could have given like a gas card, filled the tank, etc anything would have seemed reasonable tbh. Yall should really offer a referral program. Lesson learned.
The salesman(Emeka) was not the most people friendly in my opinion. He did not seem welcoming and seemed like we were just an inconvenience that he had to actually work. He didnât really explain much of anything and the person I referred had some issues with a bridge crest account the salesman set up and he didnât seem to want to help at all.
The person I referred and myself both had appointments at 10. And while they open at 10, they didnât actually even let us in until 10:05. He was the only sales person there(I believe there was a woman but I donât think she was sales) so had to do us both at the same time.
The car I wanted and reserved was there. I did get it. So far no issues on that front. But again only had it a day.
All in all we were there 3 hours for 2 cars. (One picked out ahead of time.)

The best car lot
I walked in to the showroom it was clean and got waited on soon as I got in the door. The salesman was very knowledgeable about in helping me pick out my new car.onthe test drive he explained all the features and showed how they worked.I gave them five stars for the great service.

Iâd give them a zero star if possible. They scheduled me an appointment at the Pelham branch for 6:00 p.m. I got there a little early and was walking around their lot and found it very odd for not one salesperson to come out. So as it approached 6:00 I started in and I was again awed how nobody came up to me until after about 10 minutes of me standing there. Well a gentleman walks up and speaks and I say Iâm here for an appointment at 6:00. He says let me get u signed in and I believe thatâs wat he did and then he said u can just hang around and someone will be with I in a minute. Well I sat down for about 10 mins still nobody. Got up went to vending machine and got a snack and a drink. Went and sat back down and ate my snack and drank my drink. Still nobody. I then got up and went out to my work van and grabbed a smoke and walked around their entire lot 2 times looking at their cars. Still nobody. I then went back over by my work van and and smoked again and played on my phone and still nobody so now Iâm getting tired of being there and being ignored. So I jump into my drivers seat of my work van and just sit there with door open right in front of the store for about 5 more minutes before finally saying heck with it and I drove off. No call, no message or no email from anyone with drivetime. I emailed the guy I had been talking to online whoâs name is Christian no reply. Emailed him again and again still no reply. Drive time gave me the worst experience Iâve ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Itâs like they donât wanna sell cars. Now donât forget I had an appointment.
