I have completed the T M Refresher course over the last 2 days and found the interaction with both the instructor and the group to be very informative. Driver Hires course delivery and group size was ideal to give the top up to my knowledge that was needed and also take support from others on the course to aid my professional development. I use Driver Hire for my drivers CPC's and have had no issue with Driver Hires standards at any point.

The Transport Manager CPC Refresher was an exceptionally well-delivered 2-day course. From the very beginning, it was clear that we were in the hands of, without exaggeration, a magnificent host and trainer Jackie Gee. Her depth of expertise, confidence in the subject matter and ability to translate information into clear and practical guidance made the course thoroughly enjoyable. She created an environment where everyone felt comfortable sharing their own industry experiences, insights, and ask questions (without judgement) which added richness and 'real world' relevance. The conversations were so engaging that we even did not mind a slightly delayed break :)
I found this particular course exceptionally well prepared, thoughtfully structured and delivered at a good pace (with appropriate/sufficient amount of information at each section of the day, pre and post breaks).

Just complete the 2 day transport managers refresher, Jackie Gee delivered the course very professionally keeping us all engaged with some great debates. The course was delivered well and all areas where covered well with outstanding knowledge.

Driver hire staff was brilliant and efficient

From first contact Sam was very informative and also has experience in hgv driving he helped me fill out the forms over the phone and also builds your confidence up aswell. He is defo the guy you need on the phone for going through the stuff as he knows it all.

I had enquired with a few companies but driver hire responded first and by the time I was responded to by the other companies driver hire had already sorted me out with my medical and study material for hgv theory test and also walked me through what to expect when it came to the practical exam.

Booking the training was difficult due to my work schedule but Olivia was very helpful after passing my theory test and while we was booking in for the driving lessons and test there was a bit of back and forth finding the a course with the test at the end but Olivia was on the hunt and found what we needed within a week which was great everything was smooth and they do the leg work for you.

I have now passed my test and will be looking to head into the hgv line of work thanks to these guys plus they have connections and can also help with employment too.

If you plan on doing hgv these guys are a great help

a very well set out course and very well delivered. l had a block booking of 5 different courses and had 5 different instructors all of which went that extra mile to make sure the candidates had a great experience.

This was my first transport manager refresher course and I found the 2 days really enjoyable and insightful.
Jackie led the course at a good pace, allowing plenty of time to ask questions. The group engagement made the course, all bringing their professional experiences out and as were transport managers, it highlighted different areas of expertise.
