The simplicity of the Drivercheck system and process, coupled with exceptional customer service is second to none in the industry and any fleet managers will go along way to rival this with other strategic support supliers in the fleet arena. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Excellent Business. Recommended as a provider by a current supplier, DriverCheck's system and customer service has been perfect from the beginning and a night & day contrast to our previous provider of licence checks. With over 7,500 drivers now live on their system, we feel safe that the data is accurate and secure.

We recently changed providers and we have not been disappointed. The turn around from driver consent to results being available is extremely quick.
Great friendly staff, always happy to help. Big shout out to Scott McLennan who is always really helpful and knowledgeable.

Always ready to help and we have never had problem with anything.

Great work from Drivercheck and would highly recommend

Fantastic team, always helpful and friendly. Use these guys regularly and always receive a spot on service.

Bunch of data scrapers. Avoid

(The reply below shows that they keep lists of drivers and clients)

Just switched from a competitor whose system was not user-friendly. Dashboard is very easy to use and the signup process for drivers is very easy which leads to them complying and not requiring me to chase them.

Absolutely fantastic company, brilliant staff that have so much patience when helping you with queries.
I must give a shout out to Sinead for being on the ball with the speed of her responses and Stuart for all his guidance in using the system.
Cannot fault any part of the service they provide.
I would highly recommend them without any reservation!

Fantastic customer service...
The website is really clear and easy to use. The customer service I have received from Drivercheck has been fantastic. The team are always available to help with any questions I may have and they always respond in a timely manner.

The website is clear and user friendly and support staff are excellent.
The reminder system means we do not miss anything but do not have to constantly monitor the site. We only touch on the basics of the possible reporting but the system as we use it keeps our working lives that bit less stressful. Really usefl.

great experience working with Driver Check, the gent dealing with our request was always very knowledgeable and happy to accommodate our needs. Prior to using Driver Check our company employed the laborious 'check code' method which is very time consuming for office staff but also relies greatly on the employee each time a check must be completed - the DriverCheck system eliminates that after the initial declaration and has given me great peace of mind regarding our high risk operatives. Very pleased to be on board!

Takes all the hassle from this admin intensive task. Now fully automated with great dashboard and report generation (demographics helpful in reducing insurance premium). Very response account management.

First class service, excellent support and very simply to use. Great service all round.
