⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from start to finish

We recently bought my son’s first car and Chris, the manager, was amazing throughout the whole process. He arranged a viewing really quickly, allowed us to test drive the car, clearly explained the three-month warranty and made sure any little bits that needed doing were sorted before collection.

The whole process was smooth, with excellent communication throughout. We did experience a problem with the turbo shortly after collecting the car, but Chris responded straight away and arranged for his expert mechanics to investigate and repair it. They were fantastic and the problem was rectified quickly.

What really stood out was how responsive and helpful Chris was whenever we contacted him. Nothing was too much trouble and he genuinely wanted to make sure everything was sorted properly.

Buying your child’s first car can be a little nerve-racking, but Chris made the experience so much easier.

My son found this car online we contacted the seller who was Chris from Drive-along car sales limited and from the very start he was very responsive replying to my questions. There was more interest in the car so we paid a small deposit to reserve it until we could pick it up a couple of days later. We travelled 4hrs up from Cornwall not to be disappointed. I was a little nervous as it was a long way to travel to look at a car but Chris was very pleasant and genuine and soon put our minds at rest as soon as I we saw the car and took it for a test drive we could see the car was genuine. He gave us a fair price on part ex for my son's old car and we drove away with myself and son very happy. The car ran like a dream.
