Very helpful staff, both on the desk and when picking up the van. Sorted within a few minutes. I would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Outstanding service from Sharon at Winsford. From the first moment I contacted Drivalia in Winsford, Cheshire, she could not do enough for me.

I was shopping around for a hire car for a week or so and am so glad I called Sharon. She immediately made me feel comfortable, bringing an open, friendly style on the phone. She answered all my questions with patience and was very clear on what could end couldn't be done. I didn't have a physical license with me and she quickly reassured me that a DVLA check would be sufficient.

I was working out how to collect and mentioned where I was staying. She saud she lived close and suggested that rather than collecting at the office (a c£35 Uber away) the same day, that she could drive me in the following morning.

Sharon organised my car, collected me and we had a lovely conversation on the way in.

This was beyond customer service. This was a lovely, human connection, from a lovely person.

Can I suggest to the Drivalia Franchisee that she is locked into a long term contract with a retention bonus. Whatever you are paying her. It is not enough!

We attended Drivalia after having a disaster with our own car and needing a hire car as an emergency. Sharron was extremely helpful and made the whole process extremely straightforward and quick in our time of need! The price of the vehicle was competitive, but what my wife and I were most impressed with was the helpfulness of the staff here. Couldn't recommend higher and have already planned a return visit to hire one of the campers for a future holiday!!

This has been a smooth and easy process, the bigger hire companies are unnecessarily expensive and don’t provide the personal touch.

On Aug 19 2026 our hire car broke down. Mansfield recovery team provided very poor customer service with no updates on a tow truck. After 4 hours waiting on the roadside I called the Winsford Trivalia branch and immediately spoke to Sharron Pearson. She understood my distress and the gravity of the situation and very quickly put procedures into place to get us home safely & promptly. She reassured me that it would be resolved and personally oversaw everything. Sharron arranged for a new car to be located & the next day personally accompanied us to the Winsford branch. Her customer care is exemplary and should be recognised. I would like to thank Sharron and the Winsford team for their professionalism and excellent customer service. The same can not be said for the Birmingham airport branch and Mansfield team and I will be following this up. Sharron stepped in and resolved a long catalogue of errors and problems that were not directly connected to her and undertook it all in the most professional manner. Thank you so much. We couldn’t have been happier with the service offered by Sharon at the Winsford branch. She went above and beyond for us in the advice she offered, helping us to decide on the best car for our family at a brilliant price. We had just landed from Australia and found her to be extremely warm and welcoming, it set the tone for our whole stay. We would definitely use Drivalia again based on this service.

Our Drivalia Service Contact (Sharron), was a pleasure to deal with, she worked very hard to make sure we were well looked after. To save us time and additional expense, Sharon arranged to have our hire car collected at the end of our hire, at no cost to ourselves. Rented a car for 2 days from Winsford, Sharron who served us was lovely and made the process super easy. Even applied a couple of discounts for us on arrival, which is greatly appreciated! Will defiantly use again if ever need to rent a car or van

I called a lot of hire companies and I wish I had of called Drivalia first because I wouldnt have wasted so much of my time. the lady I spoke to think her name was Sharon was absolutely outstanding she totally understood what I was looking for and my situation she went above and beyond to reassure me that she would take care of everything and said I wasn’t to worry she would look after me Just WOW her level of understanding, knowledge and her caring approach should absolutely be recognised nothing was to much trouble! We need more people like her well done you I hope that your company does recognise what a gem they have

I highly recommend Drivalia in Winsford, it's a friendly family run business who offered to pick me up and take me home after hiring my car. Also very competitive prices, alot cheaper than the big companies. Special thanks to Sharon for your great customer service.

Sharron@winsford made our first experience with Drivalia great. A*, nothing is too much effort. She talked me through all the necessary legal bit and the booster seat I’d forgotten.
