Darragh Kennedy has been super helpful and great with communication from the very beginning with contacting me to go over itineraries, answering all my questions and helping to accommodate my elder parents who are going on this trip to Ireland with me. This is my parents first time to Ireland and first time across the pond. We are in America. My dad is going to be 80 years old and we are celebrating his big birthday next April 2027 when we go to Ireland. Thank you Darragh for making this whole onboarding and booking process so easy. We are excited!

Our trip was incredible! Everyone should go to Ireland at least once and see it for themselves! I initially worked with Hannah who ended up going AWOL (secretary told me she wasn’t available when she was actually on leave) and it took me a bit to get ahold of someone else right before our trip. This was the only upset I had. I finally got in touch with Colin who was assigned to us after Hannah left. Colin, during the whole trip, constantly checked in with me to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. I had a problem with one hotel double charging me and Colin took care of it right away for me. I highly recommend talking to him about planning your trip! The hotels we stayed in were beautiful, clean, and the food was all incredible.

DreamTrips Ireland was not transparent from the outset. Our initial meeting felt rushed and pressured, with no discussion of the planned itinerary. The primary focus was collecting full payment from our guests. After payments were made, I repeatedly requested hotel confirmations from our salesperson, Colin, but did not receive them.

To say that booking a tour for 26 is easy would be an understatement. Jessica & Colin have worked with my group and pulling us along to make our upcoming visit to my home roots a real experience. I must admit I didn’t expect this to be so much work. I’m thankful they are ones doing the heavy lifting. I’m excited and looking forward to celebrating my birthday in my hometown of Monaghan with my family and friends- thanks DreamTrips they are making it happen.
