I spoke to Dean from this Dreams Travel, He helped me book a car rental which i was trying to book on Avis website however it wasn’t easy there.

Dean helped me over the phone and gave me a good price.

I applied for my Australian Visa with this company and it was such ease and wonderful experience. Representation was so helpful and explained me the process. I am going to use this Travel Agency for everything now.

They are running scams, double charges on the card and they pretend to be airlines directly but the charges are under different names on card statement. Do not trust them with your payment details.

Do not mention your details on there website or they will steel your money from bank account and from credit card
And also they will not give you the tickets they are just looting people

Very Poor & Stressful Experience
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dreams Tours and Travels.
At the time of booking, dinner was clearly committed in all hotels. However, after reaching the first hotel, we were informed that dinner was cancelled and they were not committed to providing it. This caused a long and unnecessary argument on the very first day of our trip. Only after heavy discussion did Ms. Muskan agree to provide the dinner as originally promised. This kind of confusion should never happen during a vacation.
Some tourist places were closed, and there was no prior information given to us. No alternative arrangements were suggested, which shows poor planning and lack of coordination.
The cab driver, Mr. Aljas, was continuously busy chatting on WhatsApp while driving. This was unsafe and made us feel uncomfortable throughout the journey.
The worst part was the houseboat stay at Dreams Maker Houseboat (deluxe houseboat). The experience was extremely bad:
No proper fan or ventilation
Congested bedroom
Very poor cleanliness and hygiene
Night stay was just at one parking place
Too many mosquitoes and other bugs
The so-called “deluxe” houseboat was nowhere close to deluxe standards. It was very uncomfortable and disappointing.
Overall, this trip became stressful due to poor service, lack of transparency, safety concerns, and very low accommodation standards. I strongly suggest the management improve their commitments, coordination, and quality before handling future customers.

This is a SORRY outfit for sure!
I booked a flight from NC to NY, every time I TRIED to communicate I was given the run around.
Then 24 hours before my departure I was notified my flight was cancelled!!
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, AVOID THESE PEOPLE.

This is by far the worst website for booking flights.
I booked a flight to Japan back in May through Qatar Airways and Japan Airlines, nearly six months in advance, to save money. However, when I checked the booking on the Dreams app, I discovered that I had been charged for a “flexible flight option” that Qatar Airways already provides for free, and I was also charged for standard seats that are normally free with Qatar Airways.

To make matters worse, my title on the ticket was incorrect. When I called Dreams to fix it, they told me they couldn’t help and that I should deal directly with the airline. I ended up paying extra fees to correct the issue myself.

This feels like an outright scam, and I absolutely do not recommend using this service. On top of that, calling their customer support from abroad is extremely expensive.

I paid a deposit of £140.00 for flights flight to Cape Town after agreeing a price. The next day when I wanted to pay the remaining balance I was told the flight was no longer available (even though confirmation email said BOOKED) They had anther flight on a different date at a dearer price. I was the told that my original flight was available at at different price £125.00 each more.I was unhappy with this and asked for a refund of the £140.00 as they could not honour the agreement. After approx 30 mins of going backwards and forwards the advisor trying to make me accept the new price I asked for a refund I was told it takes weeks to get a refund as they had to contact the airline etc. When I insisted on a refund the advisor became quite aggressive and told me to send an email then just said goodbye and hung up the phone. As this payment is pending I see no reason for the company to have to contact the airline all they have to do is not request the money then no payment will be made and the money will not be taken from my account, I doubt very much they will do this. I have yet to receive anything back from the company but it is early days as this only happened today so I will see what happens. Please be aware this company cannot offer the flight prices it advertises. I will write another review as and when this matter is resolved

This bunch of thieves made me purchase a ticket urgently only to be told to wait four working days to receive my ticket today being a Monday I ring them they don't pick they don't communicate its Indians running this company don't not do business with them they are scammers thieves

Booked a flight with Emil Stone from Dreams Travel & Tours Inc. 3 days later found out that the reservation was canceled by going to Delta website and checking (check your reservations often as they have at least 24 hours to cancel it, so at first it looked a real booking, but then they cancel it and don't communicate about the cancelation). According to Emil they used company credit card to book our flight but it didn't go thru and they were going to use our credit card to book the flight. After 6 e-mails and many phone calls asking where is our booking confirmation we were assured that it will be done in 24-48 hours. Up to that point our card wasn't charged. In 24 hours I got a call from my credit card about fraud charges on my account. Charges were very close to what we were quoted for the flight, but somebody was purchasing AMTRAK tickets!!!!! My bank closed my account. Now he is calling us to let us know that he can't book our original flight and sent us a quote for another flight. We were not smart the first time, do they really think people are that stupid to give them another chance to steal our money???????

Response to the reply: our information was definitely leaked by your representative/company. We did not try to book this flight anywhere else - your company was the one we found by getting an online price that was much lower but your rep told us that this price was not available and sent us a new quote. We never were notified that our reservation was canceled. We e-mailed and talked to your rep for a week and he was promising that everything is ok and the reservation and price won't change. After that we get fraudulent charges that were exactly $10 more of the quote just to make it look like these were real charges. Then we get a new quote to cover it up. Really??? Both, your rep and fraud charges are from India, they knew the exact price of our reservation, our reservation never happened and we were never notified that it was canceled until we found it ourselves. You still don't think it was your company or rep that leaked our information? These are not accusations but a simple train of thoughts that logically brought me to this conclusion.

The price and time of day for the flight were wonderful. I only wish the airline was better. Going out of Milwaukee was a 3-hour delay due to engine problems, so I missed my connecting Flight. I did however get a later time that got me to Lexington, KY 4 hours later.
The flight out was again delayed but they managed to get me on a different time.

I have been a customer over 10 years now. That says a lot about the company
