Advertised as a live draw for the ninja knifes when it wasn’t. Very disappointing
I have lots of evidence proving they falsely advertised it as being a live draw, not an auto draw.

We appreciate your feedback and apologise for any confusion caused. The competition was originally scheduled as a live draw, but was changed to an auto draw before it took place.
Whenever a draw format changes, we always post an update across our social media channels to let our customers know in advance. The draw itself was still carried out fairly and transparently, with the winner announced immediately after the auto draw.
We understand your disappointment if you were expecting a live draw and wish you good luck for future competitions :)
