Excellent Service
We were served by Liam in the Clifton Moor store. He was very friendly, professional, polite and helpful. He answered all of our questions and made recommendations after listening to our needs. We shopped around and found Dreams to be the best value for money. We bought a double ottoman bed and a mattress.

Great experience, great product
Great experience, appreciated being able to try the sofabed, appreciated the student discount and appreciated being able to bring forward the delivery date! Preferred the Elba to the more pricey sofabed. Far surpassed expectations and bed is great as well. Delivery and assembly was very efficient. Austin was really nice and even let me borrow a measuring tape.

Rob went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service at York store. We purchased new tempur matress and set of pillows. We are very happy with our purchase and overall service delivered by Dreams team.

Be very wary of paying these crooks any…
Be very wary of paying these crooks any money. Spent 2 grand on a matress and 2 months in the top has sagged and there blaming the slats on my bed. Customer service takes a mo th to reply to emails and they dont care. Was never once told about what type of bed it should be on when i ourchased matress, nor does the guarentess on there website give any indication on slat size. Joke. bed was purchased for a lot of money and the slats are 4 times thicker than the usual rubbish you get on a bed. Yet another example of companies taking the piss out of customers and abusing small print. Avoid at all cost.

Wayne tried to help !!!!!
Had a tv bed delivered on 11/09/2025, the delivery team put the bed tv together, and when testing the tv was moving up and down in the bed, found a problem.
The tv would not go up or down, the team straight away filled a report about this bed, that we paid £2500 for and waited 14 days for delivery.
Have not had a call from dreams, I rang them on 13/09/25 pm.
Was told the “technical team” will be in touch.
After waiting for them to contact me about my bed, I feel it’s time for review of this company’s customer cate, delivery team excellent, company poor, very very poor.
I hope this company contacts myself on the 15th ( Wednesday).
Not at all happy, got my money, now don’t care.
UPDATE .
Have a positive response from Wayne at Dreams, and thank you to him.
This now seems to be out of Dreams control, and under control of one of their suppliers, which if I was a Dream director, would look seriously at their contract, they are putting Dreams in a position of the tail wagging the dog.
But again thank you to Wayne at Dreams for all his efforts.

Great service both at purchase in showroom and also on delivery.

Great delivery by very courteous delivery men.
Mattress was delivered on time and the old mattress taken away very promptly. The delivery drivers were very courteous and friendly (Joseph and the other driver) and can’t praise them enough. Would certainly go back to dreams when the time comes for a new mattress and/or bed.
