I went in to the Wrexham branch today with my wife and twins and was greeted by Lyndsey she was brilliant bubbly and professional and was great with the babies while we looked around we ended up purchasing a bed mattress and pillows lyndsey is a credit to dreams keep up the brilliant work

We were well treated in the store
We were well treated in the store, Sarah took plenty of time showing us several mattresses and we chose one.
We were given a day for delivery which suited both parties. On the day we were first in the queue for delivery, they turned up just after 9 o’clock they brought the mattress in the house, just before entering the property they put some over shoes in order to protect our home

Everything we DREAMed of and more ;)
Sarah was with us every step of the way! She took us through every detail we didn’t even know we needed. She was extremely knowledgable and wasn’t pushy! Once we’d finished the tour of all the possibilities, Sarah allowed us time to ourselves to discuss our thoughts. Everything was really easy, thanks to Sarah and the team!

A real Dream to shop with
From the moment I stepped into the shop I felt welcomed and was offered any help and advice I needed from Sarah, The whole process of ordering was simple and my new bed was delivered a week later.
The team who brought the bed set it up for me quickly and efficiently and were very nice people.

Customer service is excellent. Good communication prior to delivery. Delivery men did excellent job were very patient with access problems to the building did great assembly job.

Really pleased with my new beds
Really pleased with my new beds. The storage is amazing they are comfortable and so stylish. The guys who delivered and assembled it were great a real credit to the company. The only complaint is they are now in the sale less than 2 weeks after the purchase and delivery. If I had been informed I would have delayed the purchase and saved a substantial amount of money.

They delivered an excellent comfortable…
They delivered an excellent comfortable bed. When I went into the store, I found very knowledgeable staff who guided me through the selection and purchase of my bed. They had a bed full of sensors which I laid on whilst it analysed my body ,weight,height etc.. and then a recommendation of a few beds was made available . I have to say, 20 out of 10.
