Brilliant service
Very helpful staff in the showroom, you are made to feel very welcome and they genuinely want to help you make the right purchase. We were guided through options in our price range and there is a good selection to choose from. Purchase was easy and there was a good range of delivery date options. I was even able to change the date due to unforeseen circumstances and this was not a problem. Delivery all went smoothly, we had a message the day before confirming delivery time slot and we had a phone call from driver letting us know arrival time on delivery day. Faultless service.

All good
All good, quick, reliable and reasonable quality. Went to Bensons, total crap 2 x faulty beds returned, had to chase my refund. Dreams way better, will use indefinitely 2 beds now, no issues at all.

Worcester Store - excellent customer service
When we visited the Worcester store, we were greeted by a member of the friendly sales staff, Georgia. We are made to feel at ease immediately. I have a number of health conditions so unsure which type of Mattress would be the best option. Georgia recommended we try the sleep match system. We found the experience very helpful. My husband and I were given some lovely pillows to use while we tried the various mattresses that Georgia suggested. Georgia was very knowledgeable of all the products. We were encouraged to have a good try of each mattress, and we didn't feel rushed.We found the perfect fit for us and even better it was on promotion with 20% off the price. When it came to choosing a bed frame, Georgia showed us various options to suit different budgets, again she was very knowledgeable about all products. We found the perfect bed for us. When it came to completing our order my husband and I were both offered hot/cold drinks. Georgia talked us through various delivery option, additional guarantees, and products available. After trying the Tempur pillow in store, I had to have a new one to go with my lovely new bed! Overall, the whole experience was very pleasant, and one which I shall be sharing with friends and family. Thank you Georgia for your excellent customer service.
