I had the experience of testing the correct mattress to my requirement on DREAMS testing Tempur machine which was ideal. It monitored the weight and pressure points my body conveyed.

The staff you have could not do enough for me and help I had to make up my mind was so relaxed no pressure on my choice and even the ones how derived the mattress was the same you have great staff keep up the good work

Fast service, good communication
The bed and mattress was delivered on the day set. I received a message the day before with a 2 hour window. On the day I received another call telling when again how long they would be. The men delivering the items were very friendly.

She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, asking about my sleeping habits, preferences, and any discomfort I had been experiencing.Instead of rushing me into a decision or pushing the most expensive options, Hannah patiently guided us through the different types of mattresses available. She explained the benefits of each one, from memory foam to hybrid models, and encouraged me to test them out properly. Her expertise and honest advice made a confusing process feel completely stress-free.Thanks to Hannah's dedicated help, we were able to choose the perfect mattress for me. I am so grateful for her outstanding customer service and highly recommend asking for her if you want a seamless, pleasant shopping experience!

Excellent service in Store
Excellent service in Store, good quality divan and mattress. Found staff very knowledgable and helpful.
Had an issue with the pillow I bought and Dreams sorted this out promptly and sent me a replacement to the store within a week.
Would definately buy from them in the future and would highly recomend them to friends and family.

Highly recommend Dreams.
First, buying it from Ash at the Waterlooville branch was amazing customer service. He was attentive without being pushy and really seemed to care about us finding the right products for our needs. The mattress calibration thing (forget the name of it) was great, haha. Also offered a tea or coffee, which was a nice touch, and suggested associated products that actually were useful, and again, didn't push, but explained their benefits. So yes, that was a great experience. Then the communication building towards delivery was excellent and ensured we knew when it would arrive and did indeed arrive exactly when said. We even got a phone call from the driver the morning of, confirming he was on route and expected delivery time. They were also extremely efficient when delivering and bringing it in. Basically, I cannot fault the service from the shop floor to delivery, and of course, the quality of the product. Highly recommend Dreams.
