DREAMS a have been a first class company from the moment we walked through the door to the actual delivery of our new mattress.
Very helpful assistant in the shop, and a brilliant delivery Team.
Nothing was too much trouble for them, and Dreams have kept in touch with us all the way.

New mattress experience
In store we had help choosing the correct mattress for our needs . The delivery date was within 2 weeks of purchase .
The delivery time was well communicated and on time . The 2 gentlemen delivering went above and beyond taking down pictures on the stair well wall - and without hesitation replaced them ( my husband was on crutches) so it would have been a few months with no pictures - a genuine public thank you
The mattress has exceeded comfort and we are sleeping really well

Absolutely amazing, I’m sleeping much better, no hip pain anymore.
An utterly dreamy mattress, I chose well.
I spent a good while in the Dreams store going over and over the mattresses to slowly eliminate them down to my two favs. Then decided on this one and I’m a very happy customer, I feel like a princess on my new incredibly luxurious mattress.

Great experience from start to finish
It was a great experience from start to finish. Showroom was clean. Staff were helpful and guided us through the process.
Bed was ordered and we were kept updated on progress and arrived on time. Delivery men were great and most importantly, the bed is fantastic.

Fantastic Bed & Mattress
Very pleased with the bed and particularly the mattress. Extremely comfortable versus any mattress we've had previously.

Warm welcome and no pressure
We were welcomed at shop and assistant suggested we use their machine to check best firmness for mattress. Then she left us alone and no hassle at all.

Double ottoman bed…
The salesman was able to advise on the purchase. Bed due for delivery within 1 week which was amazing. The promised email was received on the day before delivery, confirming the eta. On the day of delivery the driver called to say he was on his way and subsequently arrived on time. The 2 men were competent and efficient. The only downside was that the bed was much more expensive than in other shops, but we chose dreams due to the fact that That they would both deliver and build the bed.
However we were very happy and would recommend Dreams to other people.
